Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest leżysko piankowe znajdujące zastosowanie w szczególności w materacach tapicerowanych. Leżysko piankowe składa się z warstwowo nałożonych na siebie warstw pianki poliuretanowej umieszczonych w pokrowcu z materiału włókienniczego. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że warstwa sprężysta leżyska składa się z przynajmniej dwóch bloków połączonych ze sobą nierozłącznie, gdzie blok dolny (1) stanowi pianka o dużej sztywności, natomiast blok górny (2) stanowią asymetrycznie rozmieszczone na długości leżyska elementy piankowe o różnej sztywności, naprzemiennie ułożone względem siebie, przy czym sztywność pianek usytuowanych w strefach B/D/F jest co najmniej dwukrotnie większa od sztywności pianek usytuowanych w strefach A/C/E/G.The subject of the application is a foam bed, used in particular in upholstered mattresses. The foam bed consists of layered layers of polyurethane foam placed in a cover made of textile material. It is characterized by the fact that the elastic lying layer consists of at least two blocks connected inseparably with each other, where the lower block (1) is made of highly rigid foam, while the upper block (2) consists of foam elements of different stiffness, asymmetrically arranged along the length alternately arranged in relation to each other, the stiffness of foams located in zones B / D / F is at least twice as high as that of foams located in zones A / C / E / G.
