Przedmiotem wynalazku jest elektroda o otulinie zasadowej do spawania stali niskcweglowych i o podwyz¬ szonej wytrzymalosci. Otulone elektrody zasadowe stalowe zawieraja zwykle skladniki zuzlotwórcze i rafinujace przede wszystkim weglany wapnia i magnezu oraz fluoryt o wysokiej czystosci chemicznej. Odpowiednie zesta¬ wienie skladników otulinowych lacznie ze stalowym rdzeniem elektrody, zapewnia uzyskanie zadanych wlasno¬ sci spawalniczych elektrod oraz mechanicznych stopiwa elektrod.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie elektrody zasadowej o wlasnosciach spawalniczych i wlasnosciach me¬ chanicznych stopiwa równorzednych znanym elektrodom zasadowym lecz z wykorzystaniem jako skladników otuliny, surowców zastepczych.Cel ten osiagnieto przez opracowanie elektrody o otulinie zawierajacej wagowo: fluoryt i/lub fluorokrze¬ mian sodu 14% do 28% proszek zelaza 20% do 40%, weglany wapnia i/lub magnezu 25% do 40%, tlenek krzemu (kwarcyt, krzemionka lub podobny) 1% do 10%, glikocel 0,5% do 3%, zelazomangan i/lub zelazokrzem i/lub zelazotytan 7% do 16%.Do wykonania elektrod zastosowano jako jeden z podstawowych skladników otuliny, fluoryty ubozsze zawierajace CaF2 od okolo 60% do okolo 90%, oraz jako skladniki uplastyczniajace mase otulinowa, substancje chemiczne typu glikocel czyli karboksymetyloceluloza. The aim of the invention is to develop a basic electrode with welding properties and mechanical properties using a weld metal equivalent to the known basic electrodes, but the coating as a component This goal was achieved by developing an electrode with a coating containing by weight: fluorspar and / or sodium fluorosilicate 14% to 28%, iron powder 20% to 40%, calcium and / or magnesium carbonates 25% to 40%, silicon oxide (quartzite, silica or similar) 1% to 10%, glycocell 0.5% to 3%, ferro-manganese and / or ferrosilicon and / or ferric titanium 7% to 16%. The electrodes are made of one of the basic components of the coating, less fluorite containing CaF2 from about 60% to about 90%, and as plasticizing ingredients for the coating mass, chemicals such as glycocel or carboxymethyl ocellulose.
