Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pudla przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i barwie. Znane pudla do przechowywania i transportu owoców maja postac prostopadlosciennych, kartonowych pudel lub drewnianych skrzynek. Pudlo do przechowywania i transportu owoców wedlug wzoru rózni sie od tych znanych pudel przede wszystkim tym, ze jego zewnetrzne scianki sa zaopatrzone w barwne zdjecia lub rysunki produktów znajdujacych sie w nim, imitujace wypelnienie pudla tym produktem. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia pudlo do przechowywania i transportu owoców w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 - wykrój pudla w widoku z góry; fig. 3 - rysunek wykroju pudla w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - • przedstawia odmiane pudla, zaopatrzonego w wyciecie na dluzszychsciankach bocznych, fig. 5 - wykrój tego samego pudla w widoku z góry; fig. 6 - rysunek wykroju tego pudla w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pudla do przechowywania i transportu owoców przedstawione na fig. 1 do 6 ma postac otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu. Krótsze scianki boczne pudel sa zaopatrzone w podluzne prostokatne wyciecia z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami, sluzace do wsadzenia palców dloni i chwycenia pudla. Wspólna cecha charakterystyczna pudel wedlug wzoru jest to, ze ich zewnetrzne scianki boczne przedstawiaja barwny obraz jablek, imitujacy wypelnienie nimi pudla. Scianki boczne pudla przedstawionego na fig. 1 do 3 sa odgiete do srodka, tworzac u góry paski wzmacniajace. Krawedzie laczace dlugie scianki boczne z dnem pudla sa zaopatrzone w niewielkie prostokatne wyciecia, natomiast u góry zewnetrzne krawedzie dlugich scianek sa zaopatrzone w prostokatne wypusty, odpowiadajace rozmiarem wycieciom dolnym i umozliwiajace skladowanie pudel w pozyq'i jedno na drugim. Krótsze scianki boczne sa zaopatrzone u góry w naciecia, umozliwiajace odgiecie górnej czesci tych scianek w kierunku do srodka pudla, a przez to wzmocnienie obrzezy, oraz zapewniajace przeplyw powietrza. Ponadto krótsze scianki boczne posiadaja po bokach przedluzenia, które sa naciete od strony dluzszych scianek bocznych i czterokrotnie zlozone tworzac wzmocnione naroza pudla. W dolnejczesci krótsze scianki sa zaopatrzone w podluzne prostokatne wyciecia z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami sluzace do wsadzenia palców. Pudlo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wysokosc jego dluzszych scianek bocznych jest w przyblizeniu równa polowie szerokosci pudla. Odmiana pudla przedstawiona na fig. 4 do fig. 6 rózni sie od pudla wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 3 tym, ze jego dluzsze scianki boczne sa zaopatrzone u góry w naciecia, umozliwiajace zagiecie górnej czesci tych scianek w kierunku do srodka pudla, natomiast jego krótsze scianki sa u dolu zaopatrzone w niewielkie prostokatne wyciecia, przy tym u góry zewnetrzne krawedzie krótkich scianek sa zaopatrzone w prostokatne wypusty, odpowiadajace rozmiarem wycieciom dolnym i umozliwiajace skladowanie pudel w pozycji jedno na drugim. Ponadto krótsze scianki boczne posiadaja po bokach przedluzenia, które sa naciete od strony dluzszych scianek bocznych i trzykrotnie zlozone tworzac wzmocnione naroza pudla. Wysokosc krótszych scianek bocznych pudla jest w przyblizeniu równa polowie szerokosci pudla. The subject of the industrial design is a box for storing and transporting fruit, particularly apples, made of thick cardboard or paperboard. The essence of the design is the new form of the box, manifested in its shape and color. Known fruit storage and transport boxes are rectangular cardboard boxes or wooden crates. The fruit storage and transport box according to the design differs from these known boxes primarily in that its outer walls are provided with color photographs or drawings of the products contained within, imitating the filling of the box with that product. Essential features of the industrial design: The fruit storage and transport boxes shown in Figs. 1 to 6 have the form of a cuboid open at the top. The shorter side walls of the boxes are provided with elongated rectangular cutouts with rounded shorter sides, serving to insert the fingers and grip the box. A common characteristic feature of the boxes according to the pattern is that their outer side walls depict a colored image of apples, imitating the filling of the box with them. The side walls of the box shown in Figures 1 to 3 are bent inward, forming reinforcing strips at the top. The edges connecting the long side walls to the bottom of the box are provided with small rectangular cutouts, while at the top, the outer edges of the long walls are provided with rectangular projections, corresponding in size to the bottom cutouts and allowing the boxes to be stacked. The shorter side walls are provided with notches at the top, allowing the upper portion of these walls to be bent inward, thus reinforcing the edges and ensuring airflow. In addition, the shorter side walls have extensions on the sides, which are cut from the longer side walls and folded four times, creating reinforced corners of the box. At the bottom, the shorter walls are equipped with elongated rectangular cutouts with rounded shorter sides for inserting fingers. The box is characterized by the height of its longer side walls being approximately equal to half the box's width. The version of the box shown in Figs. 4 to 6 differs from the box shown in Figs. 1 to 3 in that its longer side walls are provided with notches at the top, enabling the upper portion of these walls to be folded toward the center of the box, while its shorter walls are provided with small rectangular cutouts at the bottom, and the outer edges of the short walls are provided with rectangular projections at the top, corresponding in size to the lower cutouts and enabling the boxes to be stacked. Furthermore, the shorter side walls have extensions on the sides, which are notched on the side of the longer side walls and folded three times, creating reinforced corners of the box.
