Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy branzy oswietleniowej specjalizujacej sie glównie w obrocie handlowym oraz projektowaniu systemów oswietleniowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej znaku zawierajacego na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym sugestywnie oddzialywuje na potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z prowadzonej dzialalnosci handlowej oraz uslugowej w zakresie architektury wnetrza wraz z oswietleniem, projektowania oraz naprawy urzadzen elektrycznych, klimatyzacyjnych, a takze nadzoru technicznego. Znak graficzny równoczesnie ze spelnianiem funkcji informacyjnej poprzez grafike i kolorystyke, nadaje ekspozycji wysokie walory estetyczne, zapewniajac obserwatorom wysoka jakosc i niezawodnosc uzytkowa wprowadzanych do obrotu handlowego towarów oraz wysoka jakosc wykonywanych uslug. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku od czola wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, kolejne odmiany na fig. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 i ostatnia odmiane na fig. 10.Poszczególne odmiany znaku graficznego róznia sie miedzy soba kolorystycznie i tekstami uzupelniajacymi podstawowy znak slowno- graficzny. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia wyraz „KOMA" napisany kursywa, duzymi, zdobniczymi literami, gruba linia „bold line". W czesci srodkowej wyrazu zaznaczona jest pod katem z przechyleniem na prawo, eliptyczna orbita o zmiennej grubosci, wychodzaca znaczaco ponad krawedzie liter wyrazu „KOMA". Zetkniecie eliptycznej orbity z litera „O" zaznaczone jest w postaci gwiazdki. Powierzchnia liter i eliptycznej orbity ma barwe niebieska, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest czarny kolor powierzchni liter i eliptycznej orbity, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma identyczna kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest stalowy kolor powierzchni liter i eliptycznej orbity, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Czwarta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze kompozycja slowno- graficzna i kolorystyczna znaku jak w pierwszej odmianie uzupelniona jest zapisem wyrazu „oswietlenie", znajdujacym sie pod wyrazem „MKOMA", w gabarycie dolnej czesci eliptycznej orbity i rozpoczynajacym sie od plaszczyzny litery „A", zas konczac sie znaczaco poza wyrazem „KOMA". Wyraz „oswietlenie" napisany jest malymi literami, srednia gruboscia linii, majac powierzchnie liter w kolorze niebieskim, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4. Piata odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma identyczna kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w czwartej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest czarny kolor powierzchni liter i eliptycznej orbity, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5.Szósta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma identyczna kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w czwartej odmianie. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word-and-graphic composition of the logo, containing a visual and color composition on the display surface. This, combined with the word-and-graphic combination, has a suggestive effect on potential customers using the company's commercial and service activities in the fields of interior design and lighting, design and repair of electrical and air-conditioning equipment, and technical supervision. The graphic logo, while fulfilling an informative function through graphics and color, imparts high aesthetic value to the display, assuring observers of the high quality and operational reliability of the goods introduced into trade and the high quality of the services provided. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which also constitutes a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective list. Thus, the first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the subsequent variants in Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and the last variant in Fig. 10. Individual variants of the graphic symbol differ in color and the text supplementing the basic word-graphic symbol. The first variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the word "KOMA" written in italics, in large, decorative letters, and a bold line. In the central part of the word, an elliptical orbit of variable thickness is marked at an angle tilted to the right, extending significantly beyond the edges of the letters of the word "KOMA". The contact of the elliptical orbit with the letter "O" is marked with an asterisk. The surface of the letters and the elliptical orbit is blue, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a word-graphic composition as in the first version. The distinguishing feature is the black color of the surface of the letters and the elliptical orbit, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has an identical word-graphic composition as in the first version. The distinguishing feature is the steel color of the letter surfaces and the elliptical orbit, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 3. The fourth version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the word-graphic and color composition of the symbol, as in the first version, is supplemented by the word "oswietlenie" (lighting), located under the word "MKOMA", in the lower part of the elliptical orbit and starting from the plane of the letter "A" and ending significantly outside the word "KOMA". The word "oswietlenie" is written in lowercase letters, with medium line thickness, with the letter surfaces in blue, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 4. The fifth version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the same word-graphic composition as in the fourth version. The distinguishing feature is the black color of the letter surfaces and the elliptical orbit, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 5. The sixth version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has an identical word and graphic composition to the fourth version. The distinguishing feature is the steel color of the letter surfaces and the elliptical orbit, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 6. The seventh version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the word, graphic and color composition of the mark, as in the first version, is supplemented by the word "LUX" located under the word "KOMA", in the plane of the letter "A" and in the dimensions of the lower part of the elliptical orbit. The word "LUX" is written in capital letters, with a medium line thickness and the letter surface is blue, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 7. The eighth version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the word, graphic and color composition of the mark, as in the first version, is supplemented by the word "Decor" written under the word "KOMA", in the plane of the letter "A" and in the size of the lower part of the elliptical orbit. The word "Decor" is written in lowercase letters, with the first capital letter "JD", medium line thickness and the letter surface coloured blue, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 8. The ninth version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the word-graphic and colour composition of the mark, as in the first version, is supplemented by the word "Lighting" written under the word "KOMA", partially in the plane of the letter "A" and in the size of the lower part of the elliptical orbit. The word "Lighting" is written in lowercase letters, with the first capital letter "L", medium line thickness, with the letter surface colour blue, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 9. The tenth variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the word-graphic and colour composition of the mark, as in the first variant, is supplemented by the word set "Centrum oswietlenia", located under the word "KOMA", partially in the plane of the letters "MA", protruding significantly beyond the dimensions of the mark, and is also within the dimensions of the lower part of the elliptical orbit. The set "Centrum oswietlenia" is written in lowercase letters with the first capital letter "C", medium line thickness, with the letter surface colour blue, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 10.
