Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest listwa dyszowa (2) do wyrzucania czynnika gazowego w stronę strumienia obiektów w celu sortowania i kierowania obiektów w stronę strumienia obiektów celem sortowania i kierowania obiektów w stronę co najmniej dwóch różnych wcześniej ustalonych miejsc docelowych, zawierająca część połączeniową mającą stronę przednią, stronę tylna i wiele otworów (12) usytuowanych w rzędzie po stronie tylnej części połączeniowej, wiele dysz (5) usytuowanych w rzędzie i rozciągających się od strony przedniej części połączeniowej, wszystkie w tym samym kierunku; przy czym odpowiednie pary jednego z otworów i jednej z dysz są usytuowane naprzeciwko siebie wzdłuż wspomnianej części połączeniowej; przy czym każda dysza wielu zawiera kopułokształtną końcówkę (18) mającą otwór do wyrzucania czynnika gazowego pod ciśnieniem i co najmniej jeden giętki języczek rozciągający się w stronę otworu końcówki; ścianki kanału wewnętrznego wyznaczające kanał wewnętrzny (37), który to kanał wewnętrzny rozciąga, się od otworu (12) w części połączeniowej do części wylotowej w celu wyrzucania czynnika gazowego pod ciśnieniem, przy czym wspomniany kanał wewnętrzny (37) zawiera cylindryczną pierwszą część podstawową (13) mającą promień r<sub>bp1</sub> i wysokość h<sub>bp1</sub>, która to wysokość mieści się w zakresie 0,5 - 4 mm, cylindryczną drugą część podstawową (14) mającą promień R<sub>bp2</sub> i wysokość H<sub>bp2</sub>, cylindryczną cześć wlotową (16) mającą promień r<sub>ip</sub> i wysokość h<sub>ip</sub>, przy czym druga część podstawowa jest usytuowana pomiędzy pierwszą częścią podstawową, a wspomnianą częścią wlotową; kopułokształtną część wylotową (17) mającą wysokość h<sub>op</sub>, przy czym cylindryczna część wlotowa (16) jest usytuowana pomiędzy cylindryczną drugą częścią podstawową (14), a częścią wylotową (17); przy czym stosunek pomiędzy promieniem drugiej części podstawowej, a promieniem pierwszej części podstawowej mieści się w zakresie 1,05, a 1,1 (1,05 ≤ R<sub>bp2</sub> ≤ 1,1).
