Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiaja- ca sie w ksztalcie i elementach wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel sprezysty w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 jego wi- dok z przodu, a fig. 3 jego widok z tylu. Fotel sprezysty posiada tapicerowane jednolita tkanina siedzisko razem z oparciem i zamontowane jest na drewnianym stelazu. Stelaz drewniany fotela ma bok o ksztalcie lezacej liteiy „U", na którym za- montowany jest podlokietnik o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonej litery ,J", przy czym oba boki sa lustrzanym odbiciem i polaczone sa ze soba w przedniej górnej czesci podluznica o ksztalcie wydluzonej liteiy „U", a w tylnej dolnej czesci plaska podluznica. Siedzisko w srodkowej czesci ma ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym przednia czesc o ksztalcie zblizonym do pólwalka jest wezsza i wysunieta nieco do przo- du, a tylna jego czesc laczy sie z oparciem, który w srodkowej czesci ma dwa poziome przeszycia tworzace trzy prostokaty oraz z tylu po jednym prze- szyciu poziomym i pionowym, które tworza dwa kwadraty. Siedzisko z przed- nia wezsza czescia i oparciem jest polaczone kiedrami z poduchami podlokiet- ników, z których lewa ma ksztalt zblizony do litery „Z", a prawa jest je j lustra- nym odbiciem. PL PLThe industrial design is for a spring armchair, available for sale individually or as part of lounge suites for living spaces and offices. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape and upholstery finish. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the spring armchair in a perspective view, Fig. 2 its front view, and Fig. 3 its rear view. The spring armchair has a seat and backrest upholstered in a uniform fabric and is mounted on a wooden frame. The wooden frame of the armchair has a side in the shape of a lying solid "U" on which is mounted an armrest in the shape of an elongated letter "J", with both sides being a mirror image and connected to each other in the upper front part by a longitudinal member in the shape of an elongated "U", and in the lower rear part by a flat longitudinal member. The seat in the middle part is square-shaped, with the front part, shaped like a half-cylinder, being narrower and protruding slightly forward, and its rear part is connected to the backrest, which in the middle part has two horizontal stitching forming three rectangles and in the back one horizontal and one vertical stitching forming two squares. The seat with its front, narrower part and backrest is connected by bolsters with armrest cushions, the left of which has a shape similar to the letter "Z" and the right is its mirror image. Significant features of the industrial design The first significant feature of a spring chair is that its side has the shape of a lying "U." The second significant feature of a spring chair is that on the upper arm of the side there is an armrest with a shape similar to an elongated "J." The third significant feature of a spring chair is that the sides are connected in the upper front part by a longitudinal member in the shape of an elongated "U," and in the lower rear part by a flat longitudinal member. The fourth significant feature of a spring chair is that the seat in the middle part has a square shape. The fifth significant feature of a sprung chair is that the front part of the seat is shaped like a half-cylinder, is narrower and slightly forward, while its rear part connects to the backrest. The sixth significant feature of a sprung chair is that the front part of the backrest has two horizontal stitchings, which create three rectangles. The seventh significant feature of a sprung chair is that the backrest has one horizontal stitching and one vertical stitching, which create two squares. The eighth significant feature of a sprung chair is that the seat, the front narrow part, and the backrest are connected by struts with armrest cushions, the left one being shaped like the letter "Z" and the right one being its mirror image.
