Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszadło spiralne wykonane z metalu, zawierające ukształtowaną w formie obręczy głowicę (1) oraz trzpień napędowy (2) wraz ze spiralą mieszającą (3), zespolonych ze sobą poprzez spaw, charakteryzujące się tym, że spirala mieszająca składa się z dwóch spiralnych części (3.1, 3.2) uformowanych z obręczy zwieńczonych poprzecznymi, wygiętymi listwami montażowymi (5.1, 5.2) zintegrowanymi monolitycznie ze spiralnymi częściami (3.1, 3.2), zawierającymi wyżłobienia (6.1, 6.2) umożliwiające mocowanie części spiralnych do trzpienia (2).
