Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest okno dachowe posiadające ościeżnicę (1), skrzydło (2) z pakietem szybowym, przy czym skrzydło (2) i ościeżnica (1) zbudowane są z ramiaków, będących profilami z tworzywa sztucznego zgrzewanymi ze sobą w narożach oraz ościeżnica (1) posiada ramiak górny (11), ramiak dolny (12) i dwa ramiaki boczne (13, 14), a ramiak dolny (12) posiada profil wypełniający (112) zamocowany na ścianie wewnętrznej ramiaka dolnego (12), charakteryzuje się tym, że na krawędziach bocznych profilu wypełniającego (112) znajduje się element uszczelniający, który wypełnia szczelinę między profilem wypełniającym (112) a ścianą wewnętrzną ramiaków bocznych (13, 14) okna dachowego.
