Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwuczęściowy zestaw uszczelniający do dachów, obejmujący kołnierz (1) i uszczelkę (2), przy czym: kołnierz (1) ma owalną, zasadniczo płaską dolną podstawę (11) z owalnym otworem w środku, gdzie wzdłuż linii owalnego otworu dolna podstawa (11) przechodzi w prostopadłą do niej ścianę boczną (13) kołnierza (1), otaczającą owalny otwór, gdzie ściana boczna (13) kołnierza (1) zakończona jest wewnętrzną kryzą (14) kołnierza (1), która to kryza (14) ogranicza centralny i okrągły przelotowy otwór (15), gdzie w dolnej podstawie (11) obecne są przelotowe otwory mocujące (16), rozmieszczone równomiernie dookoła owalnego otworu; uszczelka (2) ma zasadniczo płaską i owalną górną podstawę (21), a także ścianę boczną (22) uszczelki (2), odchodzącą od jednej strony górnej podstawy (21), przy czym pomiędzy górną podstawą (21) a ścianą boczną (22) uszczelki (2) występuje obwodowy rowek (23), przy czym obrzeże górnej podstawy (21) ma dziesięć wcięć (28), przy czym ściana boczna (22) uszczelki (2) ma dziesięć zagłębień (29), które to wcięcia (28) i zagłębienia (29) są rozmieszczone przy sobie, równomiernie i symetrycznie wzdłuż zewnętrznego obwodu uszczelki (2).
