Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zawieszka informacyjna utworzona z cienkiej płyty (1) z tworzywa sztucznego lub papieru, która charakteryzuje się tym, że płyta (1) ma kształt wieloboku, korzystnie prostokąta, a w swej powierzchni posiada wieloboczne, korzystnie prostokątne, wycięcie (2), a na krawędzi tego wycięcia (2) ma pozostawione wydłużone wypustki (3), a ponadto na jednej stronie płyty jest nałożona warstwa barwiąco—informacyjna. Płyta (1) ma dołączoną uformowaną kształtowo kartę (4) do umieszczenia na niej elementów graficznych.
