Abstract
Wzór użytkowy dotyczy reaktora do przetwarzania materiałów organicznych, składającego się z cylindrycznego zbiornika (11) wykonanego z materiału przewodzącego ciepło i wyposażonego w wypukłe dno (111) oraz zdejmowaną gazoszczelną pokrywę (12) wyposażoną w środki do odprowadzania substancji powstających w procesie rozkładu termicznego, oraz w co najmniej jeden uchwyt manipulacyjny do przenoszenia zbiornika przed i po procesie rozkładu termicznego, przy czym do dna reaktora od wewnątrz przymocowana jest wydrążona i zamknięta od góry nasada, której wewnętrza przestrzeń połączona jest z zewnętrzem reaktora, a dno jest wyposażone w stabilizujące wsporniki, przy czym w przestrzeni wewnętrznej reaktora jest umieszczona wyjmowalna wewnętrzna konstrukcja (5) wykonana z materiału przewodzącego ciepło i utworzona przez wydrążony centralny nośnik (51), który jest nasunięty z góry na nasadę (113), który na dolnym końcu ma stabilizujące nogi (52), którego górny koniec jest dostosowany do manipulacji konstrukcją (5), a do jego zewnętrznej powierzchni są umocowane zestawy poprzeczek (53), których końce są połączone rozpórkami (54), przy czym do wsporników (3) podłączona jest rozłącznie podstawa manipulacyjna (4).
