Abstract

Zbiornik ciśnieniowy toroidalny zawiera połączone ze sobą półtoroidalne dennicę dolną i dennicę górną (2) tworzące jego płaszcz oraz głowicę (7) lub element stanowiący port do montażu osprzętu. Dennice (2), na ich powierzchniach zewnętrznych, zawierają wzmocnienia (3), które ułożone są na nich promieniowo. Pomiędzy połączonymi dennicami (2) jest komora, w której umieszczony jest zbiornik rurowy, którego krzywizna jest zgodna z krzywizną tych dennic (2). Dennica dolna i dennica górna (2) są ze sobą połączone poprzez zbiornik rurowy (3) oraz na ich zewnętrznych obrzeżach złączem spawalniczym doczołowym (5) i na ich wewnętrznych obrzeżach złączem spawalniczym kątowym. Wzmocnienia (3) na dennicy górnej (2) i dennicy dolnej są przetłoczeniami, a ponadto głowica (7) zamontowana jest w dennicy dolnej.
