Naprężacz zawiera mieszek (1) w kształcie walca, złożony z pokryw (4), połączonych z falistą powłoką (2) i zewnętrznymi połączeniami krańcowymi (7). W mieszku (1) znajduje się gaz o ciśnieniu niższym od ciśnienia na zewnątrz, przy czym wewnątrz mieszka (1), między pokrywami (4), jest umieszczony co najmniej jeden pierścień wzmacniający (3), zamocowany do powłoki (2) w płaszczyźnie normalnej do osi mieszka (1).
