Abstract

Urządzenie do pomiaru głębokości oraz zarysu czoła bieżnika, bez konieczności demontażu koła z pojazdu, zawierające bezstykowy czujnik odległości, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z kilku zespołów. Jednym z nich jest zespół tarczy. Zespół tarczy składa się tarczy ustalającej (1) z podłużnymi otworami, do których od strony wewnętrznej mocowane są tuleje montażowe (2), a od strony zewnętrznej w jej środkowej części w osi obrotu koła (3) wykonany jest czop, za pomocą, którego łączy się go poprzez zespół sprzęgający z metalowym elementem konstrukcyjnym (7). Na tym elemencie umieszczono zespół urządzeń kontrolno-pomiarowych oraz zespół regulacji poziomej. Dodatkowo na jednym z jego końców przytwierdzono, za pomocą obrotowej nakrętki (5), zespół regulacji pionowej. Składa się on ze śruby regulacji pionowej (6) osadzonej w wahliwej nakrętce (5), zakończonej od dołu wahliwym przegubem (8). Połączony on jest ze stopą (9) poprzez wałeczek stopy (10) i łożysko kulkowe (11). Dodatkowo zespół ten posiada mechanizm przenoszenia napędu na śrubę (6). Zespół regulacji poziomej osadzony jest na metalowym elemencie konstrukcyjnym (7) i może być przesuwany wzdłuż niego. Zespół ten składa się: z prowadnic (12), których osie symetrii są równolegle do osi obrotu koła pojazdu, osadzonych w łączniku głównym (15) z jednej ich strony oraz w łączniku pomocniczym (13) z drugiej ich strony, dwustronnych śrub montażowych (14), których osie symetrii są równoległe do osi obrotu koła pojazdu, osadzonych w łączniku głównym (15) z jednej strony, a z drugiej strony w łączniku pomocniczym (13). Oprawa bezstykowego czujnika odległości (16) jest osadzona na prowadnicach (12). Jej ruch na prowadnicach (12) jest wymuszany poprzez mechanizm przemieszczenia oprawy czujnika, a jej położenie jest ustalane za pomocą czujnika przemieszczenia (17), umieszczonego na łączniku głównym (15).A device for measuring the depth and contour of the tread front, without the need to dismantle the wheel from the vehicle, containing a contactless distance sensor, is characterized in that it consists of several units. A set of control and measurement devices and a horizontal adjustment unit are placed on this element. Additionally, a vertical adjustment unit is attached to one of its ends by means of a rotating nut (5). It consists of a vertical adjustment screw (6) mounted in a swinging nut (5), terminated at the bottom with a swinging joint (8). It is connected to the foot (9) via the foot roller (10) and a ball bearing (11). In addition, this assembly has a mechanism for transmitting drive to a screw (6). The horizontal adjustment assembly is mounted on a metal structural element (7) and can be moved along it. This assembly consists of: guides (12), the axes of which are parallel to the axis of rotation of the vehicle wheel, mounted in the main connector (15) on one side and in the auxiliary connector (13) on the other side, double-sided mounting screws (14), the axes of which are parallel to the axis of rotation of the vehicle wheel, mounted in the main connector (15) on one side and in the auxiliary connector (13) on the other side. The contactless distance sensor housing (16) is mounted on guides (12). Its movement on the guides (12) is forced by the sensor housing displacement mechanism, and its position is determined by means of a displacement sensor (17) placed on the main connector (15).
