The essence of the design is an object including in particular characteristic surfaces, graphic symbols and typographic typefaces, letters, inscriptions, images of figures of adults and children, an image of the company logo, certified quality marks, and coloured text descriptions on each surface of the products. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which shows in a perspective view - Fig. 1 - side, bottom and rear wall - Fig. 2 - second side, bottom and front wall with the contour of the diagonal wall - Fig. 3 - side, front and diagonal wall in the closed state - Fig. 4 - second side, front and diagonal wall in the closed state - Fig. 5 - side, front and diagonal wall in the half-open state - Fig. 6 - second side, front and diagonal wall in the half-open state with the closure catch - Fig. 7 - a box in the unfolded state, its six walls with connecting wings. The product according to the pattern has the form of a box with a rectangular base, a rear, higher, rectangular wall, a front, lower, rectangular wall, and a left side wall and a second right side wall, the contours of which have the shape of a rabbet with an oblique line of the upper wall adapted for repeated opening. Essential features of the industrial design - the shape of the box with an original opening top wall situated diagonally from the higher rear wall to the lower front wall with adapted flaps of the front and rear walls and a diagonal top wall with a flap - the box is closed with a characteristic hook of the upper diagonal wall to the cut in the left side wall - the characteristic blue and white background color of all the walls of the box and the flaps for connecting the walls - the characteristic graphic design with multi-colored images of signs, symbols, quality marks, logos and texts of inscriptions in colors: black, red, yellow, white with a blue outline. The box is covered with prints as shown in the illustration in Fig. 7. The background color of the folded box, on the upper sloping wall intended for opening, corresponds to the dominant blue color, on the background of which there is: from the top, a red plaque with white print, above which there is the inscription - DEBIUT - in yellow letters, below the plaque there is an emblem of a semicircle in red and with a semicircle in white with characteristic rays of purity with the inscription on the white semicircle - ESKULAP Q - in white letters with a blue border, below there is the number 65 - and under the rays there are red letters of the inscription - Disinfection powder during washing - and then in black letters the inscription - in automatic and rotary washing machines - and from the bottom of the sloping wall there is A graphic image of four adults with two small children in their arms. On the front wall, against a white background surrounded by blue, is a large red number 5, with the words "No counting, measuring" above it in yellow. Below the number 5 is a black inscription indicating ready-to-use portions for disinfectant washing. On the left side wall, against a white background surrounded by blue, is the inscription "Preparation" in black, followed by "ESKUPAP Q" in white with a blue border, below is the inscription "Company" in black, and the inscription "WKP" in capital letters in black with a white border surrounded by a black outline, with the company's logo marked with a capital R within a black circle. o Below there is an inscription in red - THIS IS A PREPARATION FOR CHEMICAL-THERMAL DISINFECTION IN THE WASHING PROCESS - and below it there is a red semicircle emblem with a black inscription - It has been used in hospitals and other health care facilities and hotel laundries since 1997 - and on the surface of the lower semicircle of the emblem in white there is an inscription in black - The preparation and in white with a blue border the inscription - ESKULAP Q - and further in black - has a positive opinion of the National Institute of Hygiene HB/900/02, a permit for trading in a biocidal product no. 1395/04 issued by the Minister of Health and a positive opinion of the "POMIK CENTRUM ZDROWIA DZIECKA" Institute. Removes BACTERIA, FUNGI, VIRUSES AND TUBERCULOSIS PROBLEMS (B.F.V. tbc) during washing. Below, a blue plaque reads in yellow letters: "WASHABLE FOR SICK ADULTS AND CHILDREN," for white and colored underwear and clothing made of all fabrics. At the very bottom of the plaque, in red letters, is the inscription: "WASHING PROCESS DISINFECTION." On the right side wall, on a white background with a blue border, appears the inscription "ESKULAP Q" in white with a blue border, and below it, a description in black - the use of the ESKULAP Q preparation - in 24 lines of text, the last 10 lines featuring a rainbow circle. Then, the certified quality symbols - "POLISH PRODUCT B" - "IQNet" - "PCBC" - and "ESKULAP Q" - appear. At the bottom of the side wall, a yellow label appears. On the bottom wall, the number "600 g" appears in red, and below it, the letter "B" in a black outline, and above that, the inscription "Household chemical product - keep out of reach of children. Shelf life: 12 months" - in black. On the back wall, on a white background within a blue border, there is a red inscription at the top: "Disinfection powder for washing" and a black inscription: "For automatic and rotary washing machines." Below that is the symbol: "POLISH PRODUCT by WKP." Below that is a graphic image of 5 bags with a black inscription: "1 bag for 1 wash," below which is the inscription: "ESKULAP Q" and then a black inscription: "Ingredients in 15 lines of text." At the bottom of the back wall is a warning symbol: a black letter X on an orange square with a black inscription: "Irritant": "BIOCIDAL PRODUCT."
