Mebel do prezentacji Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel do prezentacji wyrobów tekstylnych podczas wystaw, targów i w sklepach z tymi wyrobami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawia sie w ksztal-cie mebla ukladzie linii i materiale z którego jest on wykonany. Mebel do prezentacji przedstawiony zostal na rysunku na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia fotografie mebla w widoku z prawej strony, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie mebla w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze dwa takie same boki, które jednakowo zmniejszaja swoja szerokosc od dolnego do górnego poziomu, polaczone sa w dolnej czesci pólka dolna znacznie szersza od szerokosci boków w tym miejscu i w górnej czesci, równolegle do pólki dolnej, scianka górna majaca w tym miejscu taka sama szerokosc jak boki. Pomiedzy dolna pólka i górna scianka oraz równolegle do nich usytuowane sa pólki, przy czym górna pólka ma szerokosc taka sama jak szerokosc boków w tym miejscu, a pozostale pólki sa szersze od szerokosci boków w miejscu ich usytuowania i zwiekszaja swa szerokosc od gómej do dolnej pólki. Z przodu, w górnej czesci sciany tylnej mebla przymocowane sa pod katem ostrym metalowe wieszaki. Na pólki ukladane sa prezentowane wyroby tekstylne bez opakowania, a na wieszakach zawieszane sa wyroby tekstylne opakowane lub bez opakowania albo mieszane. Do zewnetrznej strony górnej scianki, przy przedniej krawedzi, przymocowana jest przystawka z górnym bokiem w ksztalcie luku. W srodkowej czesci przystawki usytu-owany jest znak towarowy producenta wyrobów tekstylnych. Boki, pólki, sciana tylna i przystawka wykonane sa z polakierowanego drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego albo z ich kombinacji.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLPresentation Furniture: The subject of the industrial design is furniture for presenting textile products during exhibitions, trade fairs, and in stores selling these products. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character is reflected in the furniture's shape, line layout, and material from which it is made. The presentation furniture is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the furniture from the right side, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the furniture from the front. The essential features of the industrial design are that two identical sides, which equally decrease in width from the bottom to the top, are connected at the bottom by a lower shelf significantly wider than the sides at this point, and at the top, parallel to the lower shelf, by a top wall that is the same width as the sides at this point. Shelves are located between the bottom shelf and the top wall, and parallel to them. The top shelf is the same width as the sides at this point, while the remaining shelves are wider than the sides at their location and increase in width from top to bottom. At the front, at the top of the rear wall, metal hangers are attached at an acute angle. Unpackaged textile products are displayed on the shelves, while packaged, unpackaged, or mixed textile products are hung on the hangers. An extension with an arc-shaped upper side is attached to the outside of the top wall, near the front edge. The textile manufacturer's trademark is located in the center of the extension. The sides, shelves, rear wall, and extension are made of varnished wood or a wood-like material, or a combination thereof. Fig. 1 2 PL PL
