Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pierscionka. Pierscionek wykonano z bialego zlota i brylantu. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór pierscionka, wykonany z bialego zlota, jednokamieniowy - z brylantem, przypominajacy wstegi z wplecionym w nie brylantem. Pierscionek zbudowany z szyny fantazyjnej i konicznej oprawki. Szyna pierscionka jest plaska, pogrubiajaca sie ku górze i zwezajaca ku dolowi, przecieta w poprzek i wzdluznie. Powstale w ten sposób podwójne konce z obu stron szyny sa przeplecione jeden raz ze soba tworzac widlaste zakonczenia. W zakonczeniach tych osadzona jest oprawka pelna, koniczna, wypilowana na górze w lukitworzace szesc krap do osadzenia kamienia - brylantu. Krawedzie szyny pierscionka zaokraglone. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the ring. The ring is made of white gold and a diamond. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, which show: - Fig. 1 - a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 - a front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring. Fig. 4 shows a variation of the industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique design of the ring, made of white gold, a single-stone ring with a diamond, resembling ribbons with a diamond woven into them. The ring is constructed of a fancy band and a conical setting. The ring's band is flat, thickening towards the top and tapering towards the bottom, cut crosswise and lengthwise. The resulting double ends on both sides of the band are interlaced once, creating forked ends. These ends house a full, conical setting, filed at the top into arches that create six prongs for setting a diamond. The edges of the ring's band are rounded.
