Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pierscionka. Pierscionek wykonano ze zlota i brylantu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie przedstawiono na: - Fig. - 1 widok oprawy pierscionka, - Fig. - 2 widok pierscionka z przodu, - Fig. - 3 widok pierscionka z boku. Fig. 4 przedstawia przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór pierscionka, wykonany ze zlota i brylantu, przypominajacy brylant wsród kropel/wsteg wody. Pierscionek jest jednokamieniowy - z brylantem. Skrecone i wypilowane powierzchnie szyny wzgledem kamienia tworza czterokrapowa oprawke, a napilowania na górnej czesci oddzielaja kazda krape. Górna powierzchnia krap ma ksztalt lezki/kropli, zas profil szyny pierscionka jest pólokragly zwezajacy sie ku górze. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the ring. The ring is made of gold and diamond. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, which show: - Fig. - 1: a view of the ring setting, - Fig. - 2: a front view of the ring, - Fig. - 3: a side view of the ring. Fig. 4 shows a variation of the industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique design of the ring, made of gold and diamond, resembling a diamond among drops/ribbons of water. The ring is single-stone – with a diamond. The twisted and filed surfaces of the band relative to the stone create a four-lobed setting, and the filed edges on the upper part separate each lobe. The upper surface of the plate is teardrop-shaped, while the profile of the ring rail is semicircular, tapering upward. The industrial design ring is made of white gold in a variation.
