The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the set – manifested in its original design and workmanship. The jewelry set is made primarily of gold, diamonds, and pearls. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the pendant, Fig. 1a – a side view of the pendant, Fig. 2 – a side view of the earring, and Fig. 2a – a front view of the earring. The pendant follows the industrial design with a pearl in a color close to graphite. Two bands resembling a stylized letter X are set with stones set in pearls. Between the bands is a three-pointed setting concealing the pearl attachment. The space between the base and the hooks creates a link for the chain.
