The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the set, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The jewelry set is made primarily of gold, diamonds, and pearls. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations Figures 1-2, where Figure 1 shows a front view of the pendant, Figure 1a – a side view of the pendant, Figure 2 – a side view of the earring, and Figure 2a – a front view of the earring. The pendant, according to the industrial design, features a pearl in a color close to graphite and three round pronged frames forming a triangle. The triangle's peaked prongs extend downward and connect the frames to a flat pronged frame. The resulting space serves as a link for the chain. These earrings, based on an industrial design, feature a pearl in a color close to graphite and three round, dot-shaped settings forming a triangle.
