Dolna czesc karafki stanowi stopka o plaskim czworokatnym dnie, natomiast jej sciany boczne sa nieznacznie pochylone do srodka, w kierunku osi pionowej prze- chodzacej przez otwór wlotowy usytuowany w szyjce karafki. Szyjka karafki ma ksztalt cylindryczny z zewnetrznym gwintem dla nakretki i kolnierzem oporowymw dolnej czesci szyjki. The industrial design is for a decanter with a stopper made of clear glass. The decanter is shaped like the outline of a map of Poland, while the closing stopper, with a cork embedded in its glass interior, is shaped like an eagle with a crown. The decanter with a stopper, which is the subject of the industrial design, is distinguished from known, similar products by, among other things, its new, individual shape, line arrangement, ornamentation, and surface sculpture, giving the item specific characteristics according to the industrial design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 depict a carafe with a stopper according to the industrial design, in a frontal view and a rear projection, respectively. Fig. 3 shows the carafe with the stopper removed and moved to the left, while Fig. 4 shows the carafe with the stopper placed adjacent to it. As shown in the attached illustrations, the parallel side walls of the carafe represent the outline of a map of Poland. The lower part of the carafe is a foot with a flat, quadrangular bottom, while its side walls are slightly inclined inward, towards the vertical axis passing through the inlet opening in the neck of the carafe. The neck of the carafe is cylindrical with an external thread for the cap and a retaining collar at the bottom of the neck. The carafe's stopper is a figure of an eagle clasping a cylindrical element that overlaps the neck of the carafe with its talons. The lower edge of this cylinder is cut asymmetrically, along a curve corresponding to the outline of the carafe's upper wall. A cork is located within the cylinder's axis of symmetry, closing the bottle's neck. Significant features of the industrial design include a new and individual character of the carafe's shape and the stoppers that define it: the carafe resembles the contours of a map of Poland, and the stopper is shaped like an eagle.
