Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac kazdego mebla zestawu wypoczynkowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie podstawy, oparcia i siedziska. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 pokazuje sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - sofe w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - puf w widoku z przodu,a fig. 6 - puf w widoku z boku. Zestaw wypoczynkowy sklada sie z sofy, fotela i pufa. Sofa zbudowana jest z oparcia oraz podsta- wy, na której wsparty jest stelaz z siedziskiem. Podstawa sofy sklada sie z dwóch boków zlaczonych w czesciach tylnych poprzeczke. Kazdy z boków pod- stawy ma w widoku z boku ksztalt nachylonej litery "L" utworzonej z ukosnie polozonej w czesci przed- niej nogi i pochylonej w strone tylne podstawy po- dluznicy wychodzacej od góry nogi. Do podluznie przy- staje od góry elementy rurowe lezece w plaszczyznie kazdego boku,poleczone górnymi zakonczeniami ze stelazem siedziska sofy. Podstawa wyposazona jest w stopki znajdujece sie na zakonczeniach dolnych ukosnie polozonych nóg oraz pod poprzeczke. Do podluznieprzystaje od góry elementy rurowe lezece w plasz- czyznie kazdego boku, poleczone górnymi zakonczenia- mi ze stelazem siedziska pufa. Siedzisko pufa w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizo- ny do trapezu o lekko wybrzuszonej podstawie górnej, a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt figury utworzonej z poziomej czesci prostoketnej górnej przechodzecej zaokragleniem w ukosnie polozone czesc prostoketne dolne wsparte na podluznicach podstawy. Zestaw wypoczynkowy nosi nazwe YAPI. PL PL PLLounge Set The design registration right is valid from: 05.05.2000. The subject of the design is a lounge set. The essence of the design is a new form of each piece of furniture in the lounge set, manifested in the shape of the base, backrest, and seat. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 - the sofa from the side, Fig. 3 - the armchair from the front, Fig. 4 - the armchair from the side, Fig. 5 - the pouffe from the front, and Fig. 6 - the pouffe from the side. The lounge set consists of a sofa, an armchair, and a pouffe. The sofa is constructed of a backrest and a base, which supports a frame with a seat. The sofa's base consists of two sides joined at the rear by a crossbar. Each side of the base, viewed from the side, has the shape of an inclined "L," formed by a diagonal leg at the front and a longitudinal member extending from the top of the leg, inclined toward the rear of the base. Tubular elements extending in the plane of each side join the longitudinal member from above, connected at their upper ends to the sofa's seat frame. The base is equipped with feet located at the lower ends of the diagonal legs and under the crossbar. The backrest and the section beneath the seat form the rear structure of the sofa, which appears rectangular in front and flat in side. The backrest's bulge is greater than that of the section beneath the seat, and the lower side of this section abuts the base crossbar. The front view of the sofa seat is a horizontally elongated rectangle with contoured ends congruent to its shorter sides, with convex upper surfaces, on which freely positioned armrests are located. Each armrest is a cuboid with a congruent cylindrical section, the convexity pointing upwards, adjacent to it. The armchair consists of a backrest and a base, which supports the frame with the seat. The base of the armchair has two sides and a crossbar congruent to the rear ends of the sides. Each side of the base, viewed from the side, has the shape of an inclined "L," formed by a diagonal member extending from the top of the leg toward the rear of the base. Tubular elements extending in the plane of each side join the longitudinal member from above, connected at their upper ends to the seat frame. The base is equipped with feet located at the lower ends of the diagonal legs and under the crossbar. The backrest and the section beneath the seat form the rear structure of the seat, which appears rectangular in the front view and, in the side view, has a flat rear wall extending from the top and bottom into the bulging front sections. The bulge of the backrest jf is greater than the bulge of the part located under the seat, and the lower side of this part is adjacent to the crossbar of the base. • The seat of the armchair, viewed from the front, is a rectangle with profiled ends with convex upper surfaces congruent to its shorter sides. Freely positioned armrests are located on the profiled ends of the seat. Each armrest is a cuboid with a congruent cylindrical section with an upward convexity. The pouffe is constructed of a base on which the seat and frame rest. The pouffe base has two sides and a crossbar congruent to the rear ends of the sides. Each side of the base, viewed from the side, resembles a sloping "L," formed by a diagonally placed front leg and a stringer extending from the top, sloping toward the rear of the base. Tubular elements lying in the plane of each side join the longitudinal leg from above, connected by their upper ends to the pouffe seat frame. The base is equipped with feet located at the ends of the lower diagonally placed legs and under the crossbar. The pouffe seat, viewed from the front, resembles a trapezoid with a slightly bulging upper base, while the side view resembles a figure formed by a horizontal, rectangular upper section, rounded into a diagonally placed, rectangular lower section supported by the base stringers. The lounge set is called YAPI.
