Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma desen w postaci drobnych lisci roz- mieszczonych gesto na tle. Liscie sa podobnej wielkosci, maja ten sam kolor lecz zwrócone sa w róznych kierunkach. Wzór przemyslowy, oprócz wersji czarno-bialej, ma osiem odmian: - odmiane pierwsza posiadajaca liscie w kolorze jasnokremowym umieszczone na ciemniejszym kremowym tle;- odmiane druga posiadajaca liscie w kolorze jasnobrazowym umieszczone na kremowym tle; - odmiane trzecia posiadajaca liscie w kolorze brazowym umieszczone na kre- mowym tle; - odmiane czwarta posiadajaca liscie w kolorze zielonym umieszczone na kre- mowym tle; - odmiane piata posiadajaca liscie w kolorze fioletowym umieszczone na kre- mowym tle; - odmiane szósta, posiadajaca liscie w kolorze czerwonym umieszczone na kre- mowym tle; - odmiane siódma, posiadajaca liscie w kolorze ciemnobrazowym umieszczone na kremowym tle; - odmiane ósma, posiadajaca liscie w kolorze pomaranczowym umieszczone na kremowym tle. The subject of the industrial design is a patterned upholstery material. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of small leaves densely arranged against a background. The leaves are similar in size and color, but face in different directions. The material according to the industrial design is presented in eight color variations in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variation of the material with a pattern. Fig. 8 shows the seventh color variation of the material with a pattern. Fig. 9 shows the eighth color variation of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has eight variations: - the first variation with light cream-colored leaves placed on a darker cream background;- the second variation with light brown leaves placed on a cream background; - the third variety has brown leaves on a cream background; - the fourth variety has green leaves on a cream background; - the fifth variety has purple leaves on a cream background; - the sixth variety has red leaves on a cream background; - the seventh variety has dark brown leaves on a cream background; - the eighth variety has orange leaves on a cream background. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of small leaves densely placed on the background, the leaves are similar in size, have the same color but are facing in different directions.
