Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze- znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory- styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci ulozonych równolegle wielokolorowych podluznych pasków o zróznicowanej dlugosci i szerokosci. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w siedmiu odmianach kolo- rystycznych na ilustracjach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia material z deseniem, w wersji czarno-bialej Fig. 2 przedstawia pierwsza barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 3 przedstawia druga barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 4 przedstawia trzecia barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 5 przedstawia czwarta barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 6 przedstawia piata barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem, Fig. 7 przedstawia szósta barwna odmiane materialu z deseniem. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the pattern. According to the industrial design, the material has a pattern in the form of parallel, multi-colored longitudinal stripes of varying lengths and widths. The material according to the industrial design is presented in seven color variants in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 7 shows the sixth color variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version, has six variants: - the first variant with stripes in white, cream, light brown-cream, light brown, brown, dark brown, chestnut-black; - the second variety has stripes in the colours light brown, brown, light orange, orange, gold, light brown-cream, navy blue-black;- the third variety has stripes in the colours light cream, cream, brown-cream, brown-gold, light brown, brown, dark brown; - the fourth variety has stripes in the colours cream, light brown-cream, brown-cream, light brown, gold, brown, brown-green; - the fifth variety has stripes in the colours light brown-cream, brown-cream, two shades of light brown, gold, brown, dark brown; - the sixth variety has stripes in the colours cream, two shades of light brown-cream, light brown, light red, red, dark red; The essential features of an industrial design are that the material according to the industrial design has a pattern in the form of parallel, multi-colored longitudinal stripes of varying length and width.
