Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób obudowy wyrobiska scianowego grubego pokladu wegila wy¬ bieranego z zastosowaniem zmechanizowanej obu¬ dowy oslonowej i podsadzki hydraulicznej. ! (Podczas wybierania pokladów wegla systemem scianowym stosuje sie róznego rodzaju obudowy celem zabezpieczenia przestrzeni roboczej wyrobi¬ ska scianowego. Konstrukcja stosowanych obudów, zwlaszcza obudów zmechanizowanych musi byc dostosowana do warunków geologiczno-górniczych istniejacych w danym wyrobisku scianowym oraz do przyjetego systemu eksploatacji. Konstrukcja tego typu obudowy pozwala dosc szczelniie oslonic przestrzen robocza wyrobiska scia¬ nowego i odgrodzic go od gruzowiska zawalowe¬ go. Taki sposób obudowy wyro¬ biska scianowego umozliwia .prowadzenie eksplo¬ atacji z podsadzka hydrauliczna nawet w pokla¬ dach, w których w stropie zalegaja skaly o malej wytrzymalosci. Dzieki zastosowaniu odpowiednio rozmieszczonych zestawów zmechanizowanej obu¬ dowy oslonowej uzyskano mozliwosc latwego po¬ ruszania sie pomiejdzy przestrzenia robocza sciany i przestrzenia likwidowana. 1 przedstawia pian obudowy wyrobiska scianowe¬ go, a fig. W przerwach pomie¬ dzy poszczególnymi zestawami 1 obudowy zme¬ chanizowanej zabudowuje sie drewniane stropni¬ ce 4 podparte stojakami drewnianymi 5. Strop- • nice te zabudowuje sie prostopadle do czola scia¬ ny, a na stojakach 5 zawiesza sie tamy podsadz¬ kowe 6. Wygrodzona w ten- sposób pusta prze¬ strzen poekspolatacyjna podsadza sie szczelnie pod¬ sadzka hydrauliczna. 10 Sposób obudowy wyrobisk scianowych wedlug wynalazku nadaje sie zwlaszcza wszedzie tam, gdzie nad grubym pokladem, wybieranym z pod¬ sadzka hydrauliczna, zalegaga skaly o stosunkowo malej wytrzymalosci. 15 _ Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób obudowy wyrobiska scianowego grube¬ go pokladu wegla wybieranego z zastosowaniem ao zmechanizowanej obudowy oslonowej i podsadzki hydraulicznej, znamienny tym, ze poszczególne ze¬ stawy (1) obudowy zmechanizowanej wyposaza sie w wysiegniki ramianowe (2) i. rozmieszcza sie wzdluz frontu sciany w odstepach od 0,5 W do 1 m, a najkorzystniej co 0,7 m, a w przerwach pomiedzy tymi zestawami zabudowuje sie drew¬ niane stropnice (4) podparte drewnianymi stoja¬ kami (5), na których zawiesza sie tame podsadz¬ kowa (6) i wygrodzona przestrzen poeksploata- so cyjna podsadza sie szczelnie podsadzka hydraulicz¬ na.137 808 m^ f n^^^-i.--."' ¦• ¦¥•¦-•-¦ 4:- ¦•••¦ C^ti l1 AA Rg. 2 PLThe present invention relates to a method of supporting a wall excavation of a thick coal seam selected with the use of a mechanized casing and a hydraulic prop. ! (When selecting coal seams with a wall system, various types of supports are used to protect the working space of the wall excavation. The construction of the used supports, especially powered supports, must be adapted to the geological and mining conditions existing in a given wall excavation and to the adopted system of exploitation. mechanized supports are used in mining systems with hydraulic backfill, and others, in turn, in systems with collapsed roof rocks.Until now, commonly known mechanized supports of the shield type have been used only in mining systems with collapsed roof rocks, especially in If there are fragile rocks of relatively low strength in the roof of a wall excavation, the construction of this type of lining allows for a fairly tight covering of the working space of the wall excavation and separating it from the cave debris. side by side, so that their canopies are adjacent to each other, even the smallest rock fragments do not get into the working space of the wall excavation. Apart from these advantages of a mechanized cover, it also has quite an important advantage from a technical point of view, namely: its upper heads adhere to the stirop on a small surface, several times smaller than in the roofs of other types of powered supports. For this reason, this casing is suitable for use wherever rock ceilings have a relatively low compressive strength. However, the hitherto used method of supporting wall workings with the use of a shielding lining limited its scope of application only in walls with collapsed roof rocks, because the adjoining canopies of this lining did not allow any activities to be performed in the unprotected space. '' unexpectedly, it can be advised to use a suitable method of lining the wall blank. Such a method of supporting the pit is the subject of the present invention. The essence of this method consists in the fact that the individual sets of the casing are equipped with arm extensions on which the backfilling pipeline is suspended. In addition, the individual sets of this support are arranged along the front face of the wall at intervals of 0.5 to 1 m, and most preferably every 0.7 m. However, in the gaps between the sets of powered support, wooden canopies are built perpendicular to the face of the front of the wall and supported by a stand - 137 808 137 808 3 wooden blocks. Backfilling dams are suspended from these stands, and a hydraulic flooring is placed in the post-exploitation space fenced in this way. Such a method of casing the wall work enables hydraulic propelling operation even in decks with low-strength rocks in the roof. Due to the use of appropriately arranged sets of a mechanized casing, it was possible to easily move between the working space of the wall and the space liquidated. On the other hand, by equipping individual casing sets with an additional element, which is an arm boom, it was possible to permanently suspend the backfilling pipeline and move it along with the casing assemblies as the wall progresses. in which Fig. 1 shows the foam lining of a wall excavation, and Fig. 2 - a vertical cross-section of this excavation along the line A-A marked in Fig. 1. As shown in the figure, a wall excavation in a thick coal bed excavated by a wall system with According to the invention, the hydraulic proppant is encased in sets of 1 mechanized casing, arranged along the front face of the wall at intervals of 0.5 to 1 m, and preferably every 0.7 m. Each set of this casing is additionally equipped with an arm extension 2, on which the filling pipeline 3 is suspended in. In the gaps between the individual sets 1 of the mechanized casing You will find wooden beams 4 supported by wooden stands 5. These ceilings are built perpendicularly to the face of the wall, and filling dams are suspended on the stands 5. The empty post-production space fenced in this way is reinforced tightly hydraulic planting. The method of supporting wall workings according to the invention is suitable especially wherever over a thick deck, selected from a hydraulic floor, there is a rock of relatively low strength.
