Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Listwy zestawu moga byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy ze sprezystego metalu oraz z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, prezentujacym poszczególne elementy systemu w widoku perspektywicznym z widocznym przekrojem poprzecznym, gdzie fig.1 - pokazuje wzdluzna listwe z uchwytem, zas fig.2 - wzdluzna listwe. Pomiedzy poprzecznym ramieniem 4 a scianka 6 jest wykonane zagiete katowo, usztywniajace zebro 11. Poprzeczne ramie 5 od strony wewnetrznej posiada wypust 12. zas z zewnatrz wystep 13. The industrial design covers a set of folding door system strips, used in the construction of built-in wardrobes, built-in closets, partition walls, and other applications. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The strips in the set can be manufactured industrially or handcrafted from resilient metal or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the individual components of the system in a perspective view with a visible cross-section. Fig. 1 shows the longitudinal strip with a handle, and Fig. 2 shows the longitudinal strip. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the folding door system set consists of a longitudinal strip with a handle 1 and a longitudinal strip 2 that cooperate with each other. The longitudinal strip with a handle 1, in cross-section, is formed of two transverse arms 4 and 5 arranged opposite each other, connected by a wall 6 perpendicular to them, wherein the arm 4 is bent at the end and with the bent part turned towards the center. A recess 7 is made in the wall 6 on the external side. In the extension of the wall 6, on the front side, there is a handle 8, formed in the form of a conical ledge at the end of the wall 6, with half of the ledge protruding beyond the wall 6. The ledge converges towards the vertical section of the handle, to which a convex cross-piece 9 with bent edges, resembling the letter "T" in cross-section and with grooves along its length, adjoins from above. Between the lower part of the ledge of the handle 8 on the side of the cross-arm 4 and the part of this arm bent at the end, there is a recess 10 intended for attaching a decorative tape. Between the transverse arm 4 and the wall 6 there is an angled stiffening rib 11. The transverse arm 5 has a projection 12 on the inside and a protrusion 13 on the outside. The longitudinal strip 2, cooperating with the longitudinal strip with a handle 1, is formed in cross-section from transverse arms 4 and 5, arranged opposite each other, connected perpendicularly to them by a wall 6 with a recess 7. The arm 4 is bent on both sides and with the bent part turned towards the center, creating a recess 10 between these bent parts for attaching a decorative tape. Between the transverse arm 4 and the arm 5 there is an arm 14. The transverse arm 5 has a projection 12 on the inside and a protrusion 13 on the outside. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
