Zestaw listew systemu drzwi przesuwnych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw listew systemu drzwi przesuwnych, znajdujacych zastosowanie przy wykonywaniu szaf wnekowych, przy zabudowie garderób, przy wznoszeniu scian dzialowych oraz innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Listwy zestawu moga byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, prezentujacym poszczególne elementy systemu w widoku perspektywicznym z widocznym przekrojem poprzecznym, gdzie fig. 1 - pokazuje lacznik pojedynczy, zas fig.2 - lacznik podwójny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze w sklad zestawu wchodza listwy profilowe o róznym zarysie w przekroju poprzecznym, przy czym zarys ten jest determinowany przeznaczeniem poszczególnych elementów skladowych. Zestaw stanowi lacznik pojedynczy 2 i lacznik podwójny 3.Poszczególne elementy zestawu charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w ich zewnetrznych powierzchniach sa wykonane wglebienia o scietych ukosnie sciankach do mocowania dekoracyjnej, samoprzylepnej tasmy. Pomiedzy poziomymi scinkami a ukosnymi sciankami tych wglebien sa wykonane szczeliny umozliwiajace dokladne docinanie wspomnianej tasmy. Lacznik pojedynczy 2 ma postac profilowej listwy, która w przekroju poprzecznym jest utworzona z poprzeczki 11, do której przylegaja po obu jej stronach, prostopadle do niej ramiona 12 z wglebieniami 9 posrodku, od strony zewnetrznej. Od wewnatrz ramiona te sa zaopatrzone w zabki. Pomiedzy poprzeczka a ramionami sa utworzone wneki 10 do montowania w nich plyt drzwiowych. Lacznik podwójny 3 jest uksztaltowany w formie profilowej listwy, która w przekroju poprzecznym tworza równolegle wzgledem siebie poprzeczki 11, z lukowo wyprofilowanymi wycieciami od strony wewnetrznej. Do tych poprzeczek przylegaja po obu stronach, usytuowane wzgledem nich prostopadle ramiona 12 z wycieciami od strony zewnetrznej. Ramiona te od wewnatrz maja zabki. Pelnomocnik:Fig. 1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a set of sliding door system strips, used in the construction of built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, partition walls, and other applications. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The strips in the set can be manufactured industrially or handcrafted from metal or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows individual system components in a perspective view with a visible cross-section, where Fig. 1 shows a single connector, and Fig. 2 shows a double connector. The essential features of the industrial design include that the set includes profile strips with different cross-sectional shapes, with the shape determined by the intended use of the individual components. The set consists of a single connector 2 and a double connector 3. The individual elements of the set are characterized by their outer surfaces having recesses with diagonally cut walls for attaching decorative, self-adhesive tape. Slots are provided between the horizontal slits and the diagonal walls of these recesses, allowing for precise cutting of the tape. The single connector 2 is a profiled strip, the cross-section of which is formed by a crossbar 11, to which arms 12 adjoin on both sides, perpendicular to it, with recesses 9 in the center, on the outside. These arms are provided with teeth on the inside. Between the crossbar and the arms are recesses 10 for mounting door panels. The double connector 3 is shaped as a profiled strip, the cross-section of which is formed by parallel crossbars 11 with arc-shaped cutouts on the inside. Adjacent to these crossbars on both sides are perpendicular arms 12 with cutouts on the outside. These arms have serrations on the inside.
