Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu listwy z charakterystyczna karbowana stopka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.l. Listwa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt zaokraglonej powierzchni lica o promieniu R1 z karbowana stopka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku wedlug fig. 1. Przyklad wykonania stanowi listwa z pcv, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, wedlug fig.2. Powierzchnia listwy posiada zaokraglony ksztalt o promieniu lica R=18mm. Zaokraglony poczatek i koniec listwy zamyka sie wycinkiem kola o promieniu 18mm tworzacym kat 90°. W polowie listwy po przeciwleglej stronie lica znajduje sie karbowana stopka o dlugosci 6mm oraz grubosci 2mm, ustawiona pod katem 35°. Grubosc listwy wynosi 2 mm.Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego stanowi listwa z pcv o zaokraglonym profilu lica. Poczatek i koniec listwy tworzy wycinek kola o promieniu R i kacie 90°. Po przeciwnej stronie lica listwa posiada kaibowana stopke. Listwa jest sztywna chociaz wiotka i cienka, co pozwala na dokladne przylozenie jej do nierównej powierzchni, maskujac (zakrywajac) szczeliny powstale na styku dwóch powierzchni i zbiegajacych sie pod róznym katem. Listwa ze stopka maskuje uszczelnienie pomiedzy wanna a sciana.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a strip with a base for aesthetically masking small gaps and irregularities between elements adjacent to each other at various angles. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the strip with a distinctive notched base. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1. The strip according to the industrial design has a rounded face surface with a radius of R1 and a notched base, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1. An example embodiment is a PVC strip, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2. The surface of the strip has a rounded shape with a face radius of R=18mm. The rounded beginning and end of the strip are closed with a segment of a circle with a radius of 18mm, forming a 90° angle. Halfway down the strip, on the opposite side of the face, there is a 6mm-long, 2mm-thick notched foot, set at a 35° angle. The strip is 2mm thick. A key feature of the industrial design is the PVC strip with a rounded face profile. The beginning and end of the strip form a segment of a circle with a radius R and an angle of 90°. On the opposite side of the face, the strip has a notched foot. The strip is stiff, yet flexible and thin, allowing for precise application to uneven surfaces, masking (covering) gaps created where two surfaces meet at different angles.
