Listwa mocujaca paneli sciennych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa mocujaca paneli sciennych, znajdujaca zastosowanie w budownictwie, glównie do mocowania paneli sciennych a takze innych elementów wykonczeniowych zewnetrznych lub wewnetrznych scian budynków. Listwa moze byc montowana na scianach budynków mieszkalnych, na ogrodzeniach, na ekranach dzwiekochlonnych oraz na innych elementach zabudowy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Listwa mocujaca paneli sciennych moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych na fotografiach, na których fig.l - prezentuje listwe w widoku perspektywicznym od frontu, fig.2 - uwidacznia listwe w widoku ogólnym od czola, fig.3 - ilustruje listwe w widoku ogólnym z boku z widoczna czescia frontowa, natomiast fig.4 - pokazuje listwe w widoku z boku.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.l- fig.4, nalezy zaliczyc, ze listwa mocujaca paneli sciennych, ma postac wydluzonego profilu o zarysie w przekroju poprzecznym przypominajacym litere „C". Od frontu, w powierzchni listwy sa wykonane po bokach rowki. Pomiedzy rowkami jest utworzona wzdluzna wypuklosc. Na tej wypuklosci, w równych odstepach jeden od drugiego znajduja sie wyciecia w materiale, zagiete katowo, tworzace zaczepy skierowane ku górze. Pomiedzy zaczepami, posrodku sa wykonane otwory pod elementy mocujace listwe do elewacji lub do podloza.Fig.1 fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PLThe industrial design covers a wall panel mounting strip used in construction, primarily for securing wall panels and other finishing elements to the exterior or interior walls of buildings. The strip can be mounted on residential walls, fences, soundproof screens, and other building elements. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The wall panel mounting strip can be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the strip in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 shows the strip in a general view from the front, Fig. 3 illustrates the strip in a general side view with the front part visible, while Fig. 4 shows the strip in a side view. Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1-Fig. 4, include that the wall panel mounting strip has the form of an elongated profile with a cross-sectional outline resembling the letter "C". From the front, the strip has grooves on the sides. Between the grooves is a longitudinal convexity. On this convexity, at equal intervals from one another, there are cutouts in the material, bent at an angle, creating hooks directed upwards.
