Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu mebli, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie i ukladzie linii zmierzajacych do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografii. Rysunek i zdjeci przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z przodu. Zestawu mebli skladaja sie z nastepujacych elementów, oznaczonych na fotografii i rysunku jako : pól szafa prawa rys. „Fig." 2F, nadstawka pól szafy rys. 2A, szafa dwudrzwiowa z lustrami rys. 2G, nadstawka szafy dwudrzwiowej rys. 2B, pól szafa lewa lys. 2H, nadstawka pól szafy rys. 2C, lózko iys. 2 E, komoda rys. 21, stolik nocny rys. 2J oraz listwa halogenowa 2D - pól szafy „Fig." Rys. 2F i 2H, stanowia skrzynie pionowe, bedace polowa szerokosci szafy dwudrzwiowej. Front drzwiowy pól szafy zostal wykonczony na swej krawedzi listwa aluminiowa. Cecha charakterystyczna pól szafy jest kolor plyty meblowej z której zostala wykonana. Fronty pól szafy sa wykonane w kolorze jasniejszym, a boki w ciemniejszym, tym samym kontrastujaze soba- szafa dwudrzwiowa „Fig." rys.2G. Pod wzgledem wymiarów i gabarytów stanowi dwukrotnosc pól szafy. W drzwiach szafy zostaly umieszczone dwa lustra zajmujace ponad 80% powierzchni frontów drzwiowych. W dolnej czesci znajduja sie dwie szuflady. Podobnie jak w przypadku pól szafy, szafa dwudrzwiowa zostala wykonana w dwóch, kontrastujacych wybawieniach koloru. - nadstawki „Fig." rys. 2A, 2B i 2C, to klasyczne prostopadlosciany skrzyniowe, stanowiace elementy dodatkowe do szafy i pól szafy. Nadstawki te maja dwa fronty drzwiowe (nadstawka na szafe) oraz jeden front w przypadku nadstawki na pól szafe. Krawedzie frontów zostaly wykonczone listwa aluminiowa. - listwa halogenowa rys. „Fig." 2D jest elementem opcjonalnym szafy i nie jest montowana seryjnie. Jest ona klasyczna listwa wykonana z plyty meblowej. Wewnatrz listwy znajduja sie trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone otwory pod halogeny elektryczne. Jest ona montowana w górnej czesci szafy, na wysokosci górnego cokolu. - stolik nocny przedstawiony na rys. „Fig." 2J ma postac szescianu o ksztalcie skrzyni. Cecha charakterystyczna stolika jest fakt, iz posiada on tylko jedna szuflade w swej górnej czesci, a w dolnej znajduje sie niezabudowana wneka. Front szuflady zostal wykonany w wybarwieniu jasniejszym od pozostalych elementów stolika. Wysokosc szuflady stanowi polowe wysokosci stolika. Podobnie jak w innych elementach zestawu krawedz zewnetrzna frontu drzwiowego zostala wykonczona listwa aluminiowa - komoda, rys. „Fig." 21, ma ksztalt pionowej skrzyni z czterema szufladami. Podobnie ja inne elementy, fronty drzwiowe szuflad zostaly wykonczone listwa aluminiowa Zarówno boki komody jak blat górny wykonane zostaly z plyty w kolorze ciemniejszym. - lózko rys. „Fig." 2E to ostatni element zestawu mebli. Plaszczyzna lózka ma ksztalt prostokata. Przegrody i front lózka wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej o grubosci 22 mm. Front lózka wystaje ponad plaszczyzne materaca i sklada sie z dwóch równolegle zwróconych do siebie, pomiedzy którymi jest szczelina. Elementy te maja identyczna szerokosc i dlugosc i sa zamontowane do nóg lózka. Nogi wykonane sa z drewna, maja przekrój kwadratu oraz dwie rózne wysokosci. Nogi dluzsze, zamontowane przy froncie lózka, maja wysokosc blisko trzykrotnie niz nogi zamontowane po przeciwnej stronie. W przypadku lózka. Materac lózka jest ulozony na metalowym stelazu. Cecha charakterystyczna lózka jest wykonczenie jego frontu listwa aluminiowa.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cechy, które maja zasadnicze znaczenie dla zastrzezenia przedstawionego wzoru przemyslowego - zestaw mebli sypialnych, sa zawarte w ksztalcie tego zestawu jako calosci oraz poszczególnych jego elementów tj. pól szafy (lewej i prawej), szafy dwudrzwiowej, listwy halogenowej, stolika nocnego, komody oraz lózka. Warto zaznaczyc, ze istotne dla tego wzoru jest wykonczenie wszystkich frontów drzwiowych listwa aluminiowa. Kolejnym, waznym aspektem prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego jest kolorystyka mebli - dwa kontrastujace ze soba kolory. Fronty wykonane sa w kolorze jasniejszym, natomiast boki oraz tylna sciana mebli w kolorze ciemniejszym. Warto takze zwrócic uwage na zastosowane akcesoria, tj. delikatne aluminiowe uchwyty oraz aluminiowe stopki o przekroju kwadratu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych zestaw mebli sypialnych, przejawiajace sie jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, sposobie wykonczenia, rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Cechami, które maja istotne znaczenia dla zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego (zestawu mebli) jest ich ksztalt oraz wrazenie wizualne i estetyczne co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz rysunkach.„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PLBEDROOM FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture belonging to the Bodzio System furniture group. These are classic bedroom furniture pieces. The essence of the industrial design is a new, spatial shaping of individual elements of the furniture set, manifested in their shape and arrangement of lines aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and a photograph. The drawing and photo show the industrial design from a front view. The furniture set consists of the following elements, marked in the photograph and drawing as: right half-wardrobe (Fig. 2F), half-wardrobe extension (Fig. 2A), two-door wardrobe with mirrors (Fig. 2G), two-door wardrobe extension (Fig. 2B), left half-wardrobe (bald) (Fig. 2H), half-wardrobe extension (Fig. 2C), bed (Iys.). 2 E, chest of drawers fig. 21, bedside table fig. 2J and halogen strip 2D - half wardrobe "Fig." Fig. 2F and 2H, constitute vertical boxes, being half the width of the two-door wardrobe. The door front of the half wardrobe is finished on its edge with an aluminum strip. A characteristic feature of the half wardrobe is the color of the furniture board from which it is made. The fronts of the half wardrobe are made in a lighter color, and the sides in a darker one, thus contrasting with each other - two-door wardrobe "Fig." fig. 2G. In terms of dimensions and dimensions, it is twice the size of the half wardrobe. The wardrobe doors have two mirrors taking up over 80% of the surface of the door fronts. There are two drawers in the lower part. Similarly to the half wardrobe, the two-door wardrobe is made in two contrasting colors. - extensions "Fig." Fig. 2A, 2B, and 2C are classic box-shaped cuboids, which are additional elements for wardrobes and half-wardrobes. These extensions have two door fronts (the wardrobe extension) and one front in the case of the half-wardrobe extension. The edges of the fronts are finished with an aluminum strip. - The halogen strip, Fig. "Fig." 2D, is an optional element of the wardrobe and is not installed as standard. It is a classic strip made of furniture board. Inside the strip there are three symmetrically placed holes for electric halogen lights. It is mounted in the upper part of the wardrobe, at the height of the upper plinth. - The bedside table shown in Fig. "Fig." 2J has the form of a cube in the shape of a box. A characteristic feature of the table is that it has only one drawer in its upper part, and in the lower part there is an unbuilt recess. The drawer front is lighter in color than the other table elements. The drawer height is half the table height. As with other elements of the set, the outer edge of the door front is finished with an aluminum strip - the chest of drawers, fig. "Fig." 21, has the shape of a vertical box with four drawers. Like the other elements, the door fronts of the drawers are finished with an aluminum strip. Both the sides of the chest of drawers and the top are made of a darker colored board. - the bed, fig. "Fig." 2E, is the last element of the furniture set. The bed surface is rectangular. The partitions and the bed front are made of 22 mm thick chipboard. The bed front protrudes above the mattress surface and consists of two parallel sides facing each other, with a gap between them. These elements are identical in width and length and are attached to the bed legs. The legs are made of wood, have a square cross-section, and are available in two different heights. The longer legs, mounted at the front of the bed, are nearly three times as high as the legs mounted on the opposite side. In the case of the bed, the mattress rests on a metal frame. A characteristic feature of the bed is the aluminum strip finishing of its front. Essential features of the industrial design: The features that are essential for the registration of the presented industrial design – a set of bedroom furniture – are contained in the shape of this set as a whole and its individual components, i.e., the wardrobe compartments (left and right), the two-door wardrobe, the halogen strip, the bedside table, the chest of drawers, and the bed. It is worth noting that the aluminum strip finishing of all door fronts is essential for this design. Another important aspect of the presented industrial design is the furniture's color scheme – two contrasting colors. The fronts are made in a lighter color, while the sides and back of the furniture are in a darker color. It's also worth noting the accessories used, such as the delicate aluminum handles and square aluminum feet. The essence of the industrial design is the new, spatial shaping of the individual elements that make up the bedroom furniture set, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, color scheme, finish, and structural solution, all aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The features that are crucial for the registration of an industrial design (furniture set) are their shape and visual and aesthetic impression, as shown in the attached illustrations and drawings.
