W zaprezentowanym na fotografii zestawie sklada sie z : szafy dwudrzwiowej z nadstawka - rys. „Fig." 1a , regalu barkowego rys. „Fig." - 1b, regalu TV rys. "Fig." - 1c oraz regalu witryny - rys. "Fig." 1d. Prezentowany zestaw nalezy do grupy mebli skrzyniowych. Tyl calego zestawu stanowi zamknieta plaszczyzne. Sciana tylna kazdego z elementu zestawu odpowiada powierzchni ich powierzchni frontowej i wykonane zostaly z plyty pilsniowej - od strony frontowej w kolorze plyty meblowej frontowej. Boczne scianki kazdego z elementów wykonane zostaly z plyty meblowej i w kolorze identycznym jak czesc frontowa mebli. - szafa dwudrzwiowa z nadstawka rys. „Fig." la - szafa stanowi dwudrzwiowa skrzynie z dwojgiem drzwi . Wewnatrz szafy znajduje sie metalowy drazek na ubrania. Nadstawka szafy to element dodatkowy, nakladany na szafe, stanowiac integralna czesc z szafa. Fronty drzwiowe szafy jak i jej nadstawki zostaly wykonczone cieniowana listwa ramiakowa. Szafa osadzona jest na czterech stopkach o przekroju kwadratu. Nadstawka szafy zostala ponadto wyposazona w specjalny wieniec ozdobny, stanowiacy jego górne wykonczenie. - regal barkowy rys. „Fig." 1b sklada sie z dwóch zasadniczych elementów korpusu (czesc dolna regalu) na którym osadzona jest „wlasciwy" barek. Prezentowany element posiada wiec dwa fronty drzwiowe w korpusie, jednego frontu barkowego (otwieranego poziomo) oraz dwóch frontów drzwiowych znajdujacych sie w górnej czesci calego elementu. Ponadto nad samym barkiem jak i pod nim znajduja dwie pólki. Wszystkie elementy frontowe wykonczone zostaly listwa ramiakowa cieniowana. Górnym wykonczeniem jest specjalny wieniec ozdobny. Korpus barku osadzony jest na czterech symetrycznie rozmieszczonych stopkach o przekroju kwadratu. 1- regal TV w swych wymiarach odpowiada wielkosciom regalu barkowego. Charakterystyczne dla niego jest umieszczenie dwóch szuflad w jego dolnej czesci. Nad nimi znajduje sie przestrzen otwarta, pod telewizor, która objetosciowo jest z wszystkich pozostalych najwieksza. Nad nia znajduje sie: pólka oraz dwa fronty drzwiowe. Identycznie jak w poprzednio opisywanych elementach wszystkie fronty wykonczone zostaly specjalna listwa ozdobna. Korpus regalu, w sklad którego wchodza dwie szuflady osadzony jest na czterech symetrycznie osadzonych stopkach o przekroju kwadratu. Krawedz górna tegoz elementu jest zakonczona wiencem ozdobnym. - regal witryna to ostatni element z prezentowanego zestawu, rys. „Fig." 1d. Sklada sie on z korpusu oraz witryny, pomiedzy którymi jest pólka (przestrzen otwarta). Korpus zostal wyposazony w dwoje pelnych frontów drzwiowych, a witryna w dwoje szklanych frontów. Wewnatrz samej witryny znajduja sie trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone pólki (fot. „Fig." 2). Elementy frontowe zarówno korpusu jak i witryny zostaly wykonczone ozdobna listwa ramiakowa. Górna krawedz witryny zakonczona jest wiencem ozdobnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie, linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym 2materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku oraz fotografii zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy zestaw mebli pokojowych. Cechami charakterystycznymi prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego nadajacymi mu specyficzne i oryginalne walory sa zawarte w jego stylistyce, która nawiazuje do wzoru mebli klasycznych. Istotnymi cechami wyrózniajacymi opisywany zestaw jest jego sposób wykonczenia: zastosowanie specjalnej listwy ramiakowej na plaszczyznach frontowych, wykonczenie wszystkich elementów wiencem ozdobnym. Cecha charakterystyczna zestawu mebli pokojowych jest takze zastosowanie detali które wplywaja na jego oryginalnosc - uchwyty, kwadratowe stopki w wybarwieniu identycznym jak kolor zastosowanej plyty meblowej. 3„ Fig. 1"„Fig. 2" PL PL PL PL PL PLLIVING ROOM FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted design is a set of living room furniture. The set presented in the photograph consists of: a two-door wardrobe with an extension unit - fig. "Fig." 1a, a bar shelf fig. "Fig." - 1b, a TV shelf fig. "Fig." - 1c, and a display cabinet shelf - fig. "Fig." 1d. The presented set belongs to the group of cabinet furniture. The back of the entire set is a closed surface. The back wall of each element of the set corresponds to the surface of its front surface and is made of fiberboard - on the front side in the color of the furniture board front. The side walls of each element are made of furniture board and in the same color as the front of the furniture. - two-door wardrobe with an extension unit fig. "Fig." la - the wardrobe is a two-door cabinet with two doors. Inside the wardrobe, there's a metal clothes rail. The wardrobe extension is an additional element, placed on top of the wardrobe, forming an integral part of the wardrobe. The wardrobe's door fronts and extensions are finished with a shaded slat. The wardrobe rests on four square feet. The wardrobe extension is also equipped with a special decorative wreath, constituting its upper finish. - The bar shelf, Fig. "Fig." 1b, consists of two main body elements (the lower part of the shelf), on which the "proper" bar is mounted. The presented element therefore has two door fronts in the body, one bar front (opening horizontally), and two door fronts located in the upper part of the entire element. Furthermore, there are two shelves above and below the bar itself. All front elements are finished with a shaded slat. The upper finish is a special decorative wreath. The body of the bar rests on four symmetrically placed square feet. 1. The TV shelf's dimensions are similar to those of the bar cabinet. Its distinctive feature is the placement of two drawers in its lower section. Above them is an open space for the TV, which is the largest of all the other drawers. Above this space are a shelf and two door fronts. As with the previously described elements, all fronts are finished with a special decorative strip. The body of the shelf, which includes two drawers, rests on four symmetrically placed square feet. The top edge of this element is topped with a decorative wreath. The display case is the last element in the presented set, Fig. 1d. It consists of a body and a display case, with a shelf (open space) between them. The body is equipped with two solid door fronts, and the display case with two glass fronts. Inside the display cabinet itself, there are three symmetrically arranged shelves (photo "Fig." 2). The front elements of both the body and the display cabinet are finished with a decorative frame. The top edge of the display cabinet is finished with a decorative wreath. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, spatial shaping of individual elements of the set. This is manifested in their shape, arrangement, lines, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material - a drawing and photograph attached to the application, showing a set of living room furniture. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, which give it specific and original values, are contained in its style, which refers to the pattern of classic furniture. The essential distinguishing features of this set are its finishing: the use of a special frame strip on the front surfaces, and a decorative wreath on all elements.
