Nie sa znane baterie toaletowe o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem bateria toaletowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Bateria toaletowa ma wygieta w pólkole wylewke, wykonana z plaskownika o przekroju prostokatnym oraz uchwyty sterujace w ksztalcie kostki. Wylewka baterii toaletowej oraz uchwyty sterujace ulokowane sa na plaskich, równoleglobocznych podstawach. Wylewka baterii toaletowej ma ulokowany z tylu przycisk w postaci kostek ulokowanych jedna na drugiej, przy czym rozmiary kostek zwiekszaja sie ku górze.Uchwyty sterujace maja boczne dzwignie w postaci plaskownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia baterie toaletowa w widoku perspektywicznym, flg.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, a flg.3 baterie w widoku czolowym. The toilet faucet exhibits novelty and originality in the new design of the individual elements within the faucet. No toilet faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the toilet faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The toilet faucet has a semicircular spout made of rectangular flat bar and cube-shaped control handles. The toilet faucet spout and control handles are located on flat, parallelogram bases. The toilet faucet spout has a button located at the rear, formed by stacked cubes, with the cubes increasing in size as they rise. The control handles have side levers in the form of flat bars. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the toilet faucet in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the faucet in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the faucet in a front view. Essential features of the industrial design: The toilet faucet according to the industrial design is characterized by the following: - a spout bent in a semicircle; - the spout is made of a flat bar with a rectangular cross-section; - it has control handles in the shape of a cube; - the toilet faucet spout and the control handles are located on flat, parallelogram bases; - the toilet faucet spout has a button located at the back in the form of cubes placed one on top of the other; - the sizes of the cubes forming the button increase upwards; - the control handles have side levers in the form of a flat bar.
