Bateria IMMERSION Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria toaletowa, stosowana do mieszania oraz dozowania wody zimnej i goracej. Bateria toaletowa przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów w baterii. Nie sa znane baterie toaletowe o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem bateria toaletowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Bateria toaletowa ma wylewke i uchwyty sterujace wykonane z plaskownika. Wylewka baterii toaletowej oraz uchwyty sterujace ulokowane sa na plaskich, dwustopniowych podstawach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej baterie w widoku perspektywicznym. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria toaletowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma: - wylewke z plaskownika; - uchwyty sterujace z plaskownika; - wylewke i uchwyty sterujace ulokowane na plaskich dwustopniowych podstawach. 23 PL PLIMMERSION Faucet. The subject of the industrial design is a toilet faucet used for mixing and dispensing cold and hot water. The toilet faucet exhibits novelty and originality in terms of the new shape of the individual elements within the faucet. No toilet faucets with a similar external form and arrangement are known. Therefore, the toilet faucet according to the industrial design constitutes a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The toilet faucet has a spout and control handles made of flat bar. The toilet faucet spout and control handles are located on flat, two-stage bases. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the faucet in a perspective view. 1.
