WERSALKA Z MATERIALU TEKSTYLNEGO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wersalka z materialu tekstylnego z dwoma poduszkami. Wersalka wchodzi w sklad zestawów mebli : pokojowych, wypoczynkowych i moze byc oferowana w róznego rodzaju zestawieniach, np. moze byc oferowana jako element pojedynczy, czyli sama wersalka z poduszkami, lub jako zestaw - wersalka z fotelami. Wersalka wedlug wzoru znajduje sie na rynku pod handlowa nazwa BAJKA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wersalke, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografii i rysunku. Uwypuklenie to, stanowiace 1/6 z lewej i 1/6 z prawej strony spelnia role podglówka. Czesc zasadnicza siedziska zostala wykonana z materialu tekstylnego ze wzorem (pasy pionowe) fotografia „Fig." 1 analogicznie do rysunku, jednak o tej samej barwie co material tekstylny wzorem.Podglówki w odniesieniu do plaszczyzny zasadniczej siedziska sa lekko podwyzszone i ich górna plaszczyzna ma lukowaty ksztalt. W .dolnej czesci siedziska caly przód siedziska i krawedzie boczne sa obszyte kiedra, która zostala wszyta w material tekstylny bez wzoru i dzieki temu zostal uzyskany element zdobniczy w ksztalcie walka o kilkucentymetrowej srednicy - „Fig." 1L oraz analogicznie fotografia „Fig."l. oparcie jest lustrzanym odbiciem siedziska i wszelkie proporcje i zestawienie koloiystyczne jego elementów sa identyczne jak w siedzisku wersalki. Sciana tylna wersalki „Fig." 1E oraz fotografia ,JFig."2 ma ksztalt prostokata i jest wykonana z materialu tekstylnego innego rodzaju niz jej inne elementy. Poduszki jako element dodatkowy do wersalki do wersalki - ,JFig."lH oraz „Fig." 31 maja ksztalt prostokatów o eliptycznym przekroju. Sa one uszyte z dwóch róznego rodzaju materialów tekstylnych. Z jednej strony jest to material tekstylny ze wzorem, natomiast z drugiej strony jest to material tekstylny bez wzoru - „Fig." 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Wersalka z materialu tekstylnego z dwoma poduszkami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej siedzisko ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostopadloscianu, który w zasadniczej czesci stanowi plaszczyzne i jest to 4/6 calej dlugosci wersalki, natomiast lewa i prawa strona zostala uwypuklona z mysla o ich przeznaczeniu. Stopki te sa zamocowane pod skrzynia na posciel w jej naroznikach. Poduszki jako element dodatkowy do wersalki, maja ksztalt prostokatów o eliptycznym przekroju. Sa one uszyte z dwóch róznego rodzaju materialów tekstylnych. Z jednej strony jest to material tekstylny z wzorem, natomiast z drugiej strony jest to material tekstylny bez wzoru.„Fig." 1 „Fig." 2 „Fig." 3FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 PL PLTEXTILE SOFA BED The subject of the industrial design is a textile sofa bed with two cushions. The sofa bed is part of furniture sets: living room furniture and lounge furniture, and can be offered in various combinations, for example, it can be offered as a single element, i.e. just the sofa bed with cushions, or as a set - a sofa bed with armchairs. The sofa bed based on the design is marketed under the trade name BAJKA. The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial arrangement of the individual elements constituting the sofa bed, manifested in their shape, line layout, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings. Photograph "Fig." 1 shows the sofa bed from the front; "Fig." 2 shows the sofa bed from the back; "Fig." 3 shows the sofa bed in a side view; "Fig." 4 shows the sofa bed in a view in the unfolded position. Drawing "Fig." 1 shows the sofa bed in a front view; "Fig." 2 shows the sofa bed in a back view; "Fig." 3 shows the sofa bed in a side view. The sofa bed according to the industrial design consists of: a seat - "Fig." 1A and "Fig." 3B, a backrest - "Fig." 1C or "Fig." 3D, a back wall - "Fig." 2E and a bedding box - "Fig.1F and "Fig." 1G constituting the base of the sofa bed. Additional elements of the sofa bed are two pillows - "Fig." 1H and "Fig." 31. The seat has the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid - "Fig." 1J, which in its main part constitutes a surface and is 4/6 of the entire length of the sofa, while the left and right sides of the seat "Fig. 1K" have been emphasized with their purpose in mind. This embossment, constituting 1/6 of the left and 1/6 of the right side, serves as a headrest. The main part of the seat is made of a textile material with a pattern (vertical stripes), photograph "Fig." 1 analogously to the drawing, but in the same color as the textile material with the pattern. The headrests in relation to the main surface of the seat are slightly raised and their upper surface has an arcuate shape. In the lower part of the seat, the entire front of the seat and the side edges are trimmed with a runner, which was sewn into the textile material without a pattern, thanks to which a decorative element in the shape of a cylinder with a diameter of several centimeters was obtained - "Fig." 1L and similarly photograph "Fig."l. the backrest is a mirror image of the seat and all proportions and circular arrangement of its elements are identical to those in the sofa seat. The back wall of the sofa "Fig." 1E and photograph "JFig."2 has a rectangular shape and is made of a different type of textile material than its other elements. The back wall starts from the base of the sofa and ends at its top, i.e. the back part of the backrest under Kieda - photograph "Fig." 2. The side parts of the back wall of the sofa are connected by side elements in the shape of triangles, closely adhering to the back plane of the backrest and overlapping the back wall by a few centimeters "Fig." 3L. The bedding box "Fig." 1F and "Fig." 3G is the load-bearing element of the sofa. Its shorter sides (from the inside of the box) are fitted with automatic hinges for unfolding the sofa bed. The entire box is upholstered on the outside with a plain textile material in the same color as the patterned textile material. The box's load-bearing element is four plastic feet - "Fig." IM and "Fig." 2N - with a square cross-section. These feet are mounted under the bedding box, in its corners. The pillows as an additional element for the sofa bed - "JFig."lH and "Fig." 31 - have the shape of rectangles with an elliptical cross-section. They are made of two different types of textile materials. On one side is a patterned textile material, while on the other side is a plain textile material - "Fig." 1. Essential features of the industrial design: This textile sofa with two cushions is characterized by its seat in the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid, which primarily constitutes a flat surface and accounts for 4/6 of the sofa's entire length. The left and right sides are convex for their intended purpose. This convexity, representing 1/6 of the left and 1/6 of the right sides, serves as a headrest. The main part of the seat is made of a patterned textile, while the side sections of the seat, referred to above as headrests, are made of an unpatterned textile, but in the same color as the patterned textile. The headrests are slightly raised relative to the main surface of the seat, and their upper surface has an arched shape. In the lower part of the seat, the entire front of the seat and the side edges are trimmed with a kida, which is sewn into the textile material without a pattern. This creates a decorative element in the shape of a cylinder, several centimeters in diameter, attached to the front and lower side edges of the seat and backrest. The backrest is a mirror image of the seat, and all the proportions and color combinations of its elements are identical to those of the sofa bed. The back panel of the sofa bed is rectangular and made of a different type of textile material than the other elements. The back panel begins at the base of the sofa bed and ends at its top, i.e., the back of the backrest, below the kida. The side elements of the back panel of the sofa bed are connected to the sides of the back panel of the sofa bed, shaped like triangles, closely adhering to the back of the backrest and overlapping the back panel by several centimeters. The bedding box is the supporting element of the sofa bed. Automatic hinges for unfolding the sofa bed are attached to its shorter sides (from the inside). The entire outside of the box is upholstered with a plain textile material in the same color as the patterned material. The box's supporting element is four feet made of plastic with a square cross-section. These feet are attached under the bedding box in its corners. The pillows, as an additional element of the sofa bed, are rectangular in shape with an elliptical cross-section. They are made of two different types of textile materials.
