Swobodnie zbiegajace do zwrotni katowej pasmo lancucha zgrzeblowego wymaga przyporzadkowania rolce, lezacej ponizej zrzutowego bebna, urzadzenia napinajacego, które utrzymuje lancuch w wystarczajacym naprezeniu. W obszarze skrzyzowania sciany z chodnikiem mozliwosc te wyklucza obecnosc katowej zwrotni, a takze spowodowane kruszarka usztywnienie sasiedniego z ta zwrotnia odcinka trasy, zaopatrzonego specjalnie w rynny o skróconej dlugosci dla uzyskania zwiekszonej elastycznosci. Wysokosc wzdluznych belek wspornikajest równa wysokosci segmentów korygujacych w podporach podbu¬ dowy napedu i wszystkie te elementy moga byc usuwane w przypadku zaistnienia warunków, wymagajacych obnizenia wysokosci chodnikowego odcinka trasy. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 400 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a carded, curvilinear conveyor, especially for cooperation with the under-wall card conveyor, intended for a wall-pavement haulage of the output in underground aggregate mining. Nos. 2 051 384 and 2 065 424 cross-belt conveyors, cable conveyors known from the patent descriptions of the Federal Republic of Germany: used for haulage of the excavated aggregate wall system, that the walls to the wall sidewalk outside the intersection of these workings are solved in such a way that the wall and sidewalk conveyor into a closed, transferable conveyor connects an angular turn, built of a gutter, usually curved at a straight angle at the exit from the wall, and for guiding the scraper in the area of curvature, there are appropriately formed ribbons of vertically arranged idler wheels, which are turned around a fixed axis of rotation. These wheels are located in the bearing frame at the corner of the conveyor route so that their axis of rotation passes through the point of attachment of the corner radius of curvature. The combs are placed in the strip of the chain run in the middle of the chain at relatively close intervals, because the circulation of the chain is ensured only when at least four of them are simultaneously hooked with their ends to the wheel rim. The wall section of this conveyor is adapted to guiding the mining machine and ended with a return drive, while on the other hand, a drive-less angular turnover link connects it with the pavement section, ended with the main discharge drive. The road section of the route is started immediately behind the angular return of the other gutters with a shorter length gutters. The discharge drive with the gutters adjacent to the drive is raised above the spag and is supported on the substructure, equipped with supports ending at the bottom with skids, moving on rails, placed on the spag. Between the supports of the foundation of the dumping drive, there is a belt conveyor coaxially with this conveyor, which collects a stream of excavated material from the curvilinear conveyor. Part of the route of the curvilinear section, raised above the spag, is stiff and can be equipped with self-supporting valves, connected so that they are separated between them. the dividing line is shifted in relation to the gutter dividing line. Moreover, the Polish patent specification No. 120,749 discloses a curvilinear conveyor, characterized by the fact that in the immediate vicinity of the turning angle there is an additional chute device, equipped with a separate, independent drive, constituting the main drive of the scraper chain. The chute device is designed in this way. the way that the upper compartment of the conveyor chute in front of the turning angle is raised above its level and is provided with a discharge drum and a roller, over which the chain strand is returned in the form of a loop, while the discharge drum is driven. The strand of the scraper chain, which runs freely to the angular turning, requires a roller, located below the discharge drum, to be fitted with a tensioning device that keeps the chain under sufficient tension. The auxiliary discharge drive, located at the end of the feed, carries the chain strand on the section between the turn-turn and the transmitting end, while at the turning end there is a third drive of the pulley turning the chain strand. it is all its length to the ceiling. This suspension is realized by means of chains, ended at the top with a clamp with two rolling disks at the ends, which rollers roll along the rails attached to the ceiling. Such solutions, however, have some disadvantages, because they are adapted to work with lightweight conveyor belts, preventing the inclusion of a crushing device in the transport chain, the presence of which is necessary to obtain a fine mix of aggregate. The most advantageous place to install this device is near the outlet from the wall, in the distance of the already calmed down stream of spoil, while the solutions known in the pavement part make it impossible to install it, both in the suspended version and sliding along the spag. In the area of the intersection of the wall with the sidewalk, this possibility excludes the presence of an angular turning point, as well as the stiffening of the adjacent section of the route caused by the crusher, specially provided with gutters of shortened length to obtain increased flexibility. In the pavement part, the curvilinear conveyor also has accompanying devices that restrict access to the route. It is possible to install this device only outside the pavement part of this conveyor, while the belt conveyor cooperating with it still does not create such conditions due to its light structure. Both known solutions also require the installation of rails, and the suspended version can be used in the case of a conveyor with three drives, in which the main drive is mounted close to the angle-stop, and the discharge drive is a light auxiliary drive. The conveyor, the discharge drive of which slides along the rails on the spag, reacts to unevenness of the spag. These solutions do not provide the possibility of adjusting the height of the pavement part. The aim of the invention was to develop a solution devoid of the above drawbacks, in particular a curvilinear conveyor adapted to be guided on a sub-wall card conveyor, which enables the inclusion in the transport line of a device crushing the excavated material, operated from the wall. This aim was achieved by applying the solution constituting the essence of the invention. It consists in the fact that the foundation of the discharge drive has supports equipped with separably attached guides and segments correcting the height, while the rigid part of the route raised above the spag includes a bracket, mounted detachably on longitudinal beams, with a gutter behind the drive hull along the route. adjustable length, and in the area sloping towards the spag, a rigid part of the route for the gutter of such a length that its vertical projection has a length equal to the height of the longitudinal beams of the cantilever and the correcting segments of the shaft of the discharge drive. The bracket is made of two vertical plates spaced on a wide width and connected by a spherical beam to the bottom of the support structure, connected by a separate longitudinal beam. The guides are mounted detachably and articulated in the supports of the dumping drive, they are made of a tubular handle and rolling rollers or a slide. The adjustable-length gutter included in the pavement section of the route is built of two elements moved relative to each other by means of Roman screws or actuators, whereby the length of this gutter in the folded state is the same as the other gutters of the route. The height of the longitudinal beams of the cantilever is equal to the height of the correction segments in the drive support supports and all these elements may be removed in the event of conditions requiring the height of the road section to be lowered. The tubular holder of the substructure guides cooperates with the tubular guiding of the valves of the scraper wall conveyor, securing the linear movement of the rolling rollers or the slide along the upper side shelves of the troughs of this conveyor. The gutter connected in the area of descending towards the spag of the rigid section of the route, with a length so selected that its vertical projection corresponds to the length of the height adjusting elements, is adapted to be easily disassembled when lowering the road section of the conveyor, which then requires a corresponding shortening of the route. and a certain structure, adapted to move along the path of the underwall card conveyor, which allows the crushing device to be mounted, and at the same time this structure makes the guiding of the curved conveyor independent of the unevenness of the spag. This solution allows for the creation of a stable transport line, including a crushing device at the stage of a calmed down stream of spoil, beyond the area of the wall-pavement intersection. According to the invention, the conveyor is shown in an example embodiment in the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the road section of the curvilinear conveyor in a side view. , fig. 2 - curvilinear conveyor in top view, fig. 3 - foundation guide of the discharge drive of this conveyor in front view, and fig. 4 - section of the pavement section of the conveyor's route in the place marked in fig. 1 line AA, and fig. 5 - adjustable length chute seen from above. According to the invention, the conveyor is made of a wall section 1 of the route, ending with a reverse drive 2 and adapted to guide the mining machine. Opposite to the return drive 2, the wall section 1 of the route ends with the turning angle 3, containing the gutter 4 curved at right angles and the turning wheels 5, leading a chain 6 located in the axis of the route with the ribs hanging from it 7. The curved at right angle gutter 4 connects the wall section 1 route with pavement section 8 of this conveyor's route. The pavement section 8 of the route includes, within the turning angle 3, gutters 9 with a shorter length than the remaining lengths, and elevated above the spag 10 part of the route, equipped with self-supporting valves 11. In this part, a bracket 12 is included in the route along the route, made of two vertical plates, spaced along the width of the route and rigidly connected between them from the bottom. The support plates 12 are mounted on two detachably fixed longitudinal beams 13. In the area of the stiff part of the route sloping towards the spag 10, the gutter 14 is included, of such length that the height h of its vertical projection equals the height H of the longitudinal beams 13 of the support 12. Gutter 14 m in addition, shortened pivots, facilitating quick disconnection from the route. The stiff part of the route is ended with a discharge drive 15, which is ahead of a gutter 16 of adjustable length, built of two members 17 and 18 displaced relative to each other by means of Roman screws 19. The discharge drive 15 is mounted separately on the substructure 20, the two vertical supports of which are provided with corrective height segments 21, detachably fixed and terminated at the bottom with guides 22, detachably and articulated in these supports. The guides 22 consist of a tubular holder 23 and rolling rollers 24, cooperating with the upper shelf of the side wall of the gutter, forming the path of the under-wall conveyor belt, and with tubular guidance of the valves of this conveyor. Correcting segments 21 placed in the supports of the substructure 20 of the discharge drive 15 have a height W such as the height H of the longitudinal beams 13 of the support 12. The conveyor according to the invention is used in underground mining of aggregate. 4 147067 Patent claims 1.
