Description

Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 400 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a walking mining support provided with a platform for the passage of people and for the transport of materials. It is known from the Polish patent No. 111671 mining support used in high decks. This casing is provided with a horizontal sliding plate constituting a platform for maintenance and repair teams. On one stand there is a sliding clamp with hinges to which a horizontal plate is attached, while on the other stand the plate is supported by the sliding clamps. By moving the clamps up or down on the racks, you obtain a different position of the plate. A housing with an assembly and repair platform suspended on at least one sling mounted to the canopy is known from the Polish patent No. 134518. The sling is connected in its upper part by a rod parallel to the ceiling. The upper part of the sling with the rod enters the canopy opening. Below the rod on the sling there is a plate parallel to the bottom plate of the canopy. The platform according to the patent No. 111671 is mainly used in supporting casings, the main elements of which are, among other things, two stands placed next to each other, which at the same time support the deck. Such platforms cannot be used in other types of casings, for example in a shielded casing in which the treads of the section are supported by one or two stands. The attachment of the platform to the stands is also an additional load for them, and it is acceptable for the stands slightly inclined from the vertical. The solution is not useful for very inclined stands, which appear in all shielding housings due to the given kinematics and the range of the housing height. Both platforms described above are used by assembly and repair teams. The passage for people is located in the space between the conveyor gate and the row of stands - after the buckets2 147 630 of the housing. This space is located in the immediate vicinity of a mined wall, from which pieces of excavated material that pose a threat to people fall off. The purpose of the invention is a mining support with safe passage for people. The essence of the invention is based on the fact that a platform was placed on the flat surface of the casing spine. In the case where the walking casing is a shielding casing, this platform is located in the area between the casing stands and lemniscate connectors. In the support-shield housing, the destiny is either between two rows of stands supporting the canopies, or between the row of stands on the side of the fall and lemniscate couplings. In the case where the casing is a casing, the platform is placed on the joist between the stands and lemniscate fasteners. The structure of the platform is a sheet, the length of which is slightly greater than the width of the housing, so that there is a small clearance between the sheets, and smaller than the scale of the housing section. The platform plate is a ribbed steel plate. The platform is mounted on brackets. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a side view of the casing, Fig. 2 - a view of the casing from the side of the wall, and Fig. 3 - a top view after removing the canopy and casing. The example of the embodiment shows a two-rack casing, consisting of a canopy 10 supported by stands 2 embedded in the log 1. Between the canopy 10 and the log 1, on the side of the fall, there is a casing 11 with lemniscate connectors 3. The line consists of two parallel members 1a, 1b. In the area between the rack 2 and the fasteners 3, the top surface of each member is a flat surface 4 parallel to the spag. A platform 5f is bolted to this surface, consisting of a ribbed upper plate 6 supported on supports 7. The length L of the upper plate 6 is slightly greater than the width of the members 1a, 1b, and smaller than the scale S of the housing. The chamber 8 is located between the plane of the spagger and the plate 6. The control hydraulics lines 9 run along the length of the casing section 8 along the length of the housing section. A platform constructed in this way runs along the entire wall, serving for the passage of people and as a transport route. As it is far away from the wall, people standing on it are not directly exposed to blisters of coal. Patent claims 1.
