Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Nowa postac karty programu lojalnosciowego, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem, przejawia sie w umieszczeniu na niej odpowiedniej grafiki, a takze pozostawienie na awersie karty miejsca na umieszczenie numeru klienta programu lojalnosciowego. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia awers karty programu lojalnosciowego, natomiast Fig. 2 rewers. Karta programu lojalnosciowego stanowi prostokat z zaokraglonymi wszystkimi rogami wykonany z plastiku.Na awersie wzoru przemyslowego, w jego lewym górnym rogu znajduje sie napis w kolorze bialym "KARTA SUM", a ponizej napis "Kupuj i sumuj". Ponizej napisu przedstawiony jest graficznie sum wyplywajacy z wody na którym moze zostac umieszczony numer klienta programu lojalnosciowego. W prawym górnym rogu wzoru znajduje sie logo i nazwa sieci handlowej. W prawym dolnym rogu znajduje sie napis "Junior" na tle róznokolorowych balonów. Pozostala czesc tla wzoru wykonana jest w róznych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego imitujacego wode. Napisy wykonane sa róznym krojem czcionek, jak równiez róznia sie ich wielkoscia i kolorem. Rewers wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w kolorze granatowym, przez który w polowie wysokosci wzoru przechodzi poprzeczny bialy pas na którym umieszczone jest logo i nazwa sieci handlowej. Ponadto w górnej i dolnej czesci rewersu znajduja sie napisy informacyjne wykonane jednym krojem czcionki w kolorze bialym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy pozostawienie na awersie wzoru miejsca na numer klienta programu lojalnosciowego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy równiez jego swoisty i oryginalny wyglad nadany mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, a takze jego kolorystyke oraz ornamentacje, jak równiez róznorodnosc uzytych czcionek. Obronców Wybrzeza 1 80-398 Gdansk Poland Design creator: Erie Salvat Industrial design title: Karta Sum Junior The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from 18/05/2009 The subject of the industrial design is a loyalty program card, used in all kinds of promotional campaigns by retail chains, shops, and manufacturers. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, colors, and ornamentation. The new form of the loyalty program card, according to the solution, manifests itself in the inclusion of appropriate graphics, as well as leaving space on the obverse of the card for the loyalty program customer number. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the obverse of the loyalty program card, while Fig. 2 shows the reverse. The loyalty program card is a rectangle with rounded corners, made of plastic. On the front of the industrial design, in the upper left corner, is the inscription "CASH CARD" in white, and below that, the inscription "Buy and Sum." Below the inscription, a graphic depicts a catfish emerging from water, which can be personalized with the loyalty program customer number. In the upper right corner of the design, is the logo and name of the retail chain. In the lower right corner, is the inscription "Junior" against a background of colorful balloons. The remainder of the background is in various shades of blue, imitating water. The inscriptions are in various fonts, sizes, and colors. The reverse of the industrial design is navy blue, crossed halfway up the design by a horizontal white stripe containing the logo and name of the retail chain. Additionally, the upper and lower portions of the reverse feature informational inscriptions in a single white font. Significant features of the industrial design include leaving space on the obverse for the loyalty program customer number. Significant features of the industrial design also include its distinctive and original appearance, given in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation, as well as the variety of fonts used.
