Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz cechach graficznych przedstawionych na opakowaniu co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonych fotografiach. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru: Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w rzucie od przodu. Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w rzucie od tylu. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru stanowi prostokatna torebke rozszerzona u dolu. Podstawa torebki jest figura geometryczna przypominajaca owal. W centralnej czesci frontowej sciany na wysokosci ok. 2/3 wysokosci opakowania umieszczono napis „Intenson" pisany szara, fantazyjna czcionka w szczególnej formie graficznej. Napis stylizowany na pismo odreczne sklada sie z sasiadujacych ze soba liter „l", „n", ‘t", „e", „n", „s", „o", „n". Litera „I" jest wieksza niz pozostale litery w napisie. Nad warstwa slowna napisu znajduje sie figura geometryczna przypominajaca zielony listek, wokól którego umieszczony jest zielony kontur. Frontowa sciana opakowania utrzymana jest w kolorystyce bieli i zieleni. W górnej czesci frontowej sciany opakowania umieszczono zielony prostokat ulozony poziomo, który zajmuje okolo 1/7 powierzchni calej frontowej sciany opakowania. Przy brzegach frontowej sciany opakowania, poziomo znajduja sie liczne male liscie w kolorze jasnozielonym, które umieszczone sa od podstawy zielonego prostokata do konca frontowej sciany opakowania. Listki te zajmuja okolo 2/5 szerokosci calej sciany frontowej. W dolnej czesci frontowej sciany pomiedzy brzegami opakowania, pod napisem stylizowanym na pismo odreczne skladajacego sie z sasiadujacych ze soba liter „l", „n", ‘t", „e", „n", „s", „o", „n", a jego podstawa znajduje sie figura geometryczna przypominajaca prostokat, która zajmuje okolo 1/4 powierzchni calej sciany frontowej. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its overall shape, line layout, and graphic features presented on the packaging, which give it a unique character. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. The application covers one design variation: Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in a front view. Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in a back view. The packaging, according to the design, is a rectangular bag, widened at the bottom. The base of the bag is a geometric figure resembling an oval. In the central part of the front wall, at a height of approximately two-thirds of the height of the packaging, the inscription "Intenson" is placed in a gray, fanciful font in a unique graphic form. The handwritten inscription consists of the adjacent letters "l", "n", "t", "e", "n", "s", "o", and "n". The letter "I" is larger than the other letters in the inscription. Above the word layer is a geometric figure resembling a green leaf, around which there is a green outline. The front of the packaging is white and green. At the top of the front, there is a green rectangle placed horizontally, which takes up approximately 1/7 of the entire front of the packaging. At the edges of the front of the packaging, numerous small light green leaves are placed horizontally, running from the base of the green rectangle to the end of the front of the packaging. These leaves take up approximately 2/5 of the width of the entire front. In the lower part of the front wall, between the edges of the packaging, beneath the handwritten-style inscription consisting of the adjacent letters "l," "n," "t," "e," "n," "s," "o," and "n," and at its base, there is a geometric figure resembling a rectangle, which takes up approximately 1/4 of the entire front wall. This figure is transparent. In the upper part of the back wall of the packaging, there is a green rectangle placed horizontally, which takes up approximately 1/7 of the entire back wall of the packaging. The back wall of the packaging is white and green. At the edges of the back wall of the packaging, numerous small light green leaves are placed horizontally, running from the base of the green rectangle to the end of the back wall of the packaging. These leaves take up approximately 2/5 of the width of the entire back wall. The area where these small leaves appear is separated from the white background by dark green branches on the back of the packaging, with several significantly larger leaves clearly visible. At the bottom of the back, between the edges of the packaging and its base, there's a geometric figure resembling a rectangle, which takes up about a quarter of the entire back.
