Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, zwlaszcza do napo- jów alkoholowych. Znane sa butelki do napojów alkoholowych o ksztalcie cylindrycznym z cylindryczna szyjka z nakretka lub z kapturkiem, wykonane ze szkla matowego, posiadajace na powierzchni ozdobne napisy i rysunki. Ich przykladem sa butelki chronione prawami z rejestracji wzorów przemy- slowych nr Rp.1902 i Rp.1903. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawia- jaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracji, której Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, Fig. 2 - w widoku z lewe- go boku, Fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu, a Fig. 4 - w widoku z prawego boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac wydluzonego cylin- dra z wydluzona cylindryczna szyjka, zakryta kapturkiem. Jest ona wy- konana z bezbarwnego, matowego szkla i posiada zdobienia i napisy w kolorach czarnym, szarym, bialym i zlotym. Jej ksztalt jest bardzo wy- smukly - srednica butelki stanowi okolo 1/6 jej wysokosci, przy czym wy- sokosc czesci cylindrycznej butelki jest okolo dwukrotnie wieksza od wy-2 sokosci szyjki. Czesc cylindryczna butelki w poblizu dolnej krawedzi posiada uskok w kierunku srodka butelki, a w górnej czesci jest polaczona z szyjka po- wierzchnia warstwy kulistej. Szyjka w poblizu górnej krawedzi posiada kolnierz, który w calosci jest zakryty zlotym kapturkiem opadajacym do mniej wiecej polowy wysokosci szyjki. Na powierzchni kapturka, w poblizu jego dolnej krawedzi, jest rozmieszczony bialy, ozdobny, koronkowy pasek. Czesc cylindryczna butelki posiada na calym obwodzie - usytuowany nie- co powyzej srodka wysokosci - zloty, szeroki pasek, na brzegach którego sa rozmieszczone dwa cienkie, zlote paseczki po jednym z kazdego brze- gu. Podobny cienki, zloty paseczek jest rozmieszczony w dolnej czesci butelki. Z przedniej strony butelki na zlotym pasku jest usytuowany bialy, dwu- wierszowy napis: „na Slubnym KOBIERCU". W górnym wierszu jest roz- mieszczony fantazyjnie napis: „na Slubnym", a w dolnym wierszu: „KO- BIERCU". Górny wiersz jest wykonany pismem kaligraficznym o duzej róznicy gru- bosci miedzy kreskami glównymi i laczacymi, nieco pochylonym w prawo, przy czym jedynie litera „S" jest duzym znakiem i jest okolo 3-krotnie wyzsza od pozostalych liter, a pozostale litery sa malymi znakami. Wyraz „na" jest wkomponowany wewnatrz zawijasów górnej czesci litery „S". Dolny wiersz jest wykonany duzymi znakami, pismem prostym, jedno- elementowym, bezszeryfowym, waskim i cienkim, ale litery sa tak rozsta- wione, ze oba wiersze napisu koncza sie w jednej linii pionowej. Z przedniej strony butelki na prawie calej jej powierzchni cylindrycznej jest rozmieszczony bialo-szaro-zloty rysunek.3 Rysunek przedstawia - patrzac od góry - powyginane szare i biale lodygi i kwiaty akantu, z którymi za posrednictwem cienkiej, powyginanej, sza- rej linii jest polaczony rysunek zlotych, zlaczonych obraczek. Z przedniej strony butelki w dolnej czesci sa rozmieszczone biale i czarne napisy informacyjne. Na powierzchni tylnej czesci butelki, ponizej zlotego paska, sa roz- mieszczone czarne napisy informacyjne oraz kody kreskowe. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego 1. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana z bezbarwnego, ma- towego szkla, ma postac wydluzonego cylindra z wydluzona cylin- dryczna szyjka, zakryta kapturkiem i posiada zdobienia i napisy w ko- lorach bialym, czarnym, szarym i zlotym. 2. Czesc cylindryczna butelki posiada rozmieszczony na calym obwodzie zloty, szeroki pasek, na którym jest usytuowany bialy napis: „na Slubnym KOBIERCU". 3. The subject of an industrial design is a bottle, particularly one for alcoholic beverages. Known cylindrical bottles for alcoholic beverages have a cylindrical neck with a cap or a hood, made of frosted glass, and have decorative inscriptions and drawings on their surface. Examples include bottles protected by industrial design registration rights no. Rp. 1902 and Rp. 1903. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and decorations. The subject of the industrial design is shown in an illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the left side, Fig. 3 from the back, and Fig. 4 from the right side. According to the industrial design, the bottle has the form of an elongated cylinder with an elongated cylindrical neck covered by a hood. It is made of colorless, frosted glass and features decorations and inscriptions in black, gray, white, and gold. Its shape is very slender – the bottle's diameter is approximately 1/6 of its height, with the height of the cylindrical part being approximately twice the height of the neck. The cylindrical part of the bottle near the lower edge has a step towards the center of the bottle, and at the top it is connected to the neck by a spherical layer. The neck near the upper edge has a collar, which is completely covered by a gold cap extending down to approximately half the height of the neck. A decorative white lace stripe is placed on the surface of the cap, near its lower edge. The cylindrical part of the bottle has a wide gold stripe around its entire circumference, located slightly above the center of the bottle, with two thin gold stripes on each edge. A similar thin gold stripe is located on the bottom of the bottle. On the front of the bottle, the gold stripe features a white, two-line inscription: "na Slubnym KOBIERCU." The top line reads "na Slubnym" fancifully, and the bottom line reads "KOBIERCU." The top line is written in calligraphic script with a significant difference in the thickness of the main and connecting strokes, tilted slightly to the right, with only the letter "S" being a capital letter, approximately three times higher than the other letters, and the remaining letters are lowercase. The word "na" is incorporated within the curlicues of the upper part of the letter "S." The lower line is written in large characters, in a simple, single-element, sans-serif script, narrow and thin, but the letters are spaced so that both lines of the inscription end in one vertical line. On the front of the bottle, a white, gray, and gold drawing is placed over almost its entire cylindrical surface.3 The drawing shows—viewed from above—curved gray and white acanthus stems and flowers, to which a drawing of interconnected gold wedding rings is connected by a thin, curved gray line. On the front of the bottle, in the lower part, white and black informational text is placed. On the surface of the rear of the bottle, below the gold stripe, there are black informational texts and barcodes. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The bottle according to the industrial design is made of colorless, frosted glass, has the form of an elongated cylinder with an elongated cylindrical neck, covered with a cap, and has decorations and inscriptions in white, black, gray, and gold. 2. The cylindrical part of the bottle has a wide gold stripe around its entire circumference, on which is placed the white inscription: "na Słunym KOBIERCU". 3. On the front side of the bottle, on almost its entire cylindrical surface, there is a white, gray, and gold drawing depicting bent acanthus stems and flowers, to which is connected the drawing of gold, joined wedding rings.
