Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce wytworu oraz oryginalnym ukladzie czesci otwartych i pelnych mebla, które nadaja meblowi indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy plastyczne i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli BLUES charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalny ksztalt czesci frontowych mebli, gdzie zastosowano pogrubiacze, które w górnej i dolnej czesci frontu sa polaczone miedzy soba przycieciem pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny frontu. Drzwi wykonane z szyby umieszczone sa w ramiakach MDF okleinowanych folia PCV w kolorze czarnym wysoki polysk. Korpus zestawu mebli okleinowany jest folia finisz w kolorze orzech rdzeniowy, a fronty drzwi z polyskiem sa wykonane z plyty wiórowej z powloka polygloss.- 2- Zestaw mebli posiada uchwyty plastikowe w kolorze srebrnym, które zamocowane sa pionowo na krawedziach drzwi i poziomo na czolach szuflad. Zestaw mebli posadowiony jest na plastikowych stopkach w kolorze srebrnym. Uksztaltowanie to i zdobienia wystepuja we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, pozwalajac uzyskac bardzo indywidualny charakter calego zestawu. Mebloscianka pokazana na fig. 1, ma korpus wykonany z plyty okleinowanej folia finisz w kolorze orzech rdzeniowy i sklada sie z czterech czesci. Po lewej stronie znajduje sie jednodrzwiowa szafa zamykana pelnymi drzwiami, których fronty z polyskiem wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej z powloka polygloss. Srodkowa czesc sklada sie z wysunietej do przodu niskiej szafki z dwiema szufladami, nad którymi znajduja sie otwarte przegrody. Nad niska szafka umieszczony jest panel wiszacy. Prawa czesc mebloscianki stanowi witryna podzielona na dwie przegrody. Lewa przegrode tworza odkryte pólki oraz dwie szufladki umieszczone w srodku przegrody. Prawa przegroda witryny ma drzwi wykonane z szyby umieszczonej w ramiakach MDF okleinowanych folia PCV w kolorze czarnym wysoki polysk. Za szyba znajduja sie pólki szklane z klipsowym oswietleniem diodowym. Fronty mebloscianki maja pogrubiacze, które w górnej i dolnej czesci frontu polaczone sa miedzy soba przycieciem pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny frontu. Mebloscianka wyposazona jest w plastikowe, srebrne uchwyty, zamocowane pionowo na krawedziach drzwi i poziomo na czolach szuflad oraz posadowiona jest na plastikowych stopkach w kolorze srebrnym. Komoda uwidoczniona na fig. 2, ma korpus wykonany z plyty okleinowanej folia finisz w kolorze orzech rdzeniowy i sklada sie z trzech czesci. Dwie boczne czesci zamykane sa pelnymi drzwiami, których fronty z polyskiem wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej z powloka polygloss.- 3- Srodkowa czesc tworza drzwi wykonane z szyby umieszczonej w ramiakach MDF okleinowanych folia PCV w kolorze czarnym wysoki polysk. Nad drzwiami komody usytuowane sa trzy szuflady. Front komody ma pogrubiacze, które w górnej i dolnej czesci frontu polaczone sa miedzy soba przycieciem pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny frontu. Meblosdanka wyposazona jest w plastikowe, srebrne uchwyty zamocowane pionowo na krawedziach drzwi i poziomo na czolach szuflad oraz posadowiona jest na plastikowych stopkach w kolorze srebrnym.- 4 - Fig 1. Fig. 2 PL PLBLUES FURNITURE SET: The industrial design is for the BLUES furniture set, which can be used as living room and dining room furnishings. The furniture set consists of a wall unit and a chest of drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, color scheme, and the original arrangement of the furniture's open and solid parts, which give the furniture a unique character, enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing it with favorable artistic and functional characteristics. The furniture set, based on the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wall unit and Fig. 2 shows a general view of the chest of drawers. To better illustrate the industrial design, we have attached two additional photographs depicting the wall unit and the chest of drawers. The furniture set based on the industrial design will be introduced to the market under the trade name "BLUES". The essential features of the industrial design: The BLUES furniture set is characterized by its original shape of the front parts, which feature thickeners connected at a 45° angle to the front surface in the upper and lower parts. The glass doors are placed in MDF frames veneered with high-gloss black PVC foil. The body of the furniture set is veneered with a walnut-colored finish foil, and the glossy door fronts are made of chipboard with a polygloss coating. - 2- The furniture set has silver plastic handles mounted vertically on the door edges and horizontally on the drawer fronts. The furniture set is mounted on silver plastic feet. This shape and decoration are present in all the furniture pieces in the set, allowing for a highly individual character for the entire set. The wall unit shown in Fig. 1 has a body made of particleboard with a walnut-colored foil finish and consists of four sections. On the left side is a single-door wardrobe with solid doors, whose fronts are made of high-gloss chipboard with a polygloss coating. The middle section consists of a protruding low cabinet with two drawers, each with open compartments above. A hanging panel is placed above the low cabinet. The right section of the wall unit is a display cabinet divided into two compartments. The left compartment is formed by open shelves and two drawers located in the center of the compartment. The right partition of the display case features a glass door set within MDF frames veneered with high-gloss black PVC foil. Behind the glass are glass shelves with clip-on LED lighting. The wall unit's fronts feature thickening elements, which are connected at a 45° angle at the top and bottom of the front. The wall unit is equipped with silver plastic handles, mounted vertically on the door edges and horizontally on the drawer fronts, and rests on silver plastic feet. The cabinet shown in Fig. 2 has a body made of laminated board with a walnut pith finish and consists of three parts. The two side sections are closed with full doors, the fronts of which are made of high-gloss chipboard. The middle section consists of a glass door set in MDF frames veneered with high-gloss black PVC foil. Above the chest of drawers are three drawers. The chest of drawers has thickening elements, which are connected at the top and bottom of the front by a 45° cut to the front surface. The unit is equipped with silver plastic handles mounted vertically on the door edges and horizontally on the drawer fronts, and rests on silver plastic feet. Fig. 1. Fig. 2.
