Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Antica", stanowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, gabinetów, sypialni i przedpokoju. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach i ksztalcie frontów oraz kolorystyce nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Krawedz górna i dolna szafy wykonczona jest lekko sfazowana listwa wystajaca poza obreb frontowej powierzchni mebla. Jak przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 2 oraz fig. 2.1 duza witryna umieszczona na czterech nózkach posiada pare przeszklonych drzwi oraz dwie szuflady. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines and shape of the fronts and the colors giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design, composed of 16 elements, making up one set - is presented in the drawing, in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the design are shown in a perspective view, wherein: fig. 1; fig. 1.1 shows a large two-door wardrobe; fig. 2; fig. 2.1 shows a large two-door display case with glass doors; fig. 3; fig. 3.1 shows a large single-door, glass display case; fig. 4; fig. 4.1 shows a small three-door, glass-fronted display case with 4 drawers; fig. 5; fig. 5.1 shows a "bar"-type cabinet; fig. 6; fig. 6.1 shows a partially glazed sideboard; fig. 7; fig. 7.1 shows a low sideboard; fig. 8; fig. 8.1 shows a four-drawer chest of drawers; fig. 9; fig. 9.1 shows a narrow cabinet with 4 drawers; fig. 10; fig. 10.1 shows a mirror; fig. 11; fig. 11.1 shows an RTV cabinet with two drawers; fig. 12; fig.12.1 shows a wide RTV cabinet with three drawers; fig. 13; fig. 13.1 shows a longer shelf; fig.14; fig.14.1 shows a shorter shelf; fig. 15; Fig. 15.1 shows a dressing room composed of two cabinets and a mirror; Fig. 16; Fig. 16.1 shows an occasional table. Figures 17 and 18 show an example arrangement using some of the furniture from the furniture set according to the industrial design, in order to more accurately illustrate the details of their external appearance, wherein: Fig. 17 shows a visualization of a living room with the furniture arranged in the drawing as Fig. 3, Fig. 3.1; Fig. 4, Fig. 4.1; Fig. 5, Fig. 5.1; Fig. 11, Fig. 11.1 and Fig. 13, Fig. 13.1. Fig. 18 presents a visualization of a room with the furniture arranged in the drawing as Fig. 15 and Fig. 15.1. As illustrated in Fig. 1 - Fig. 16 and Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 16.1, and additionally, in more detail in the example arrangements in Fig. 17 and Fig. 18, the finishing strips visible on the edges of the upper and lower surfaces of the furniture are slightly beveled and protrude beyond the front surface of most of the furniture, creating a coherent decor. Most of the furniture is equipped with silver, round handles, while the glass doors of the display cabinets and sideboard are additionally decorated with a brown grid. The furniture set is in a color scheme marked "Sonoma oak" (laminated furniture board with sample number Kronopol D3025) with a noticeable wood structure in a light brown shade, reproducing the natural wood grain and surface texture. As shown in Figures 1 and 1.1, a large wardrobe placed on four legs has two doors and a bottom drawer. Silver, round handles are visible on the doors and drawer. The top and bottom edges of the wardrobe are finished with a slightly beveled strip protruding beyond the front of the furniture. As shown in Figures 2 and 2.1, a large display case placed on four legs has two glass doors and two drawers. The glass doors, behind which four shelves are visible, are also decorated with a brown grid. Silver, round handles are visible on the doors and drawers. The top and bottom edges of the display case are finished with a slightly beveled trim that extends beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 3 and 3.1, as well as in the sample arrangement in Figure 17, a large single-door display case placed on four legs has a glazed door with a drawer underneath. The glazed door, behind which four shelves are visible, is also decorated with a brown grid. The door and drawer feature silver, round handles. The top and bottom edges of the display case are finished with a slightly beveled trim that extends beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 4 and 4.1, and also in the example arrangement in Figure 17, a small three-door display cabinet placed on four legs has a pair of glass doors, beneath which there are four drawers on the left and a cabinet with solid doors on the right. The glass doors, behind which two shelves are visible, are additionally decorated with a brown grid. The doors and drawers feature silver, round handles. The top and bottom edges of the display cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled strip, protruding beyond the front surface of the furniture. As shown in Figures 5 and 5.1, and also in the example arrangement in Figure 17, a "bar"-style cabinet placed on four legs has a hinged, solid door in the upper section, beneath which there are four drawers on the left and a cabinet with solid doors on the right. Silver, round handles are visible on the doors and drawers. The top and bottom edges of the cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled trim, extending beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 6 and 6.1, the partially glazed sideboard on four legs has a pair of outer glass doors, while inside, a hinged cabinet is visible, beneath which lies a cabinet with solid doors. The glazed doors, behind which are visible four shelves, are also decorated with a brown grid. Silver, round handles are visible on the doors. The top and bottom edges of the cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled trim, extending beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 7 and 7.1, the low sideboard on four legs has three cabinets with solid doors and three drawers. Silver, round handles are visible on the doors and drawers. The top and bottom edges of the display cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled strip, protruding beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 8 and 8.1, a four-drawer chest of drawers on four legs has four drawers with visible silver, round handles. The top and bottom edges of the chest of drawers are finished with a slightly beveled strip, protruding beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 9 and 9.1, a narrow cabinet on four legs has four drawers with visible silver, round handles in the center. The top and bottom edges of the cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled strip, protruding beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 10 and 10.1, the mirror's side edges are finished with a wide, light brown strip, and the mirror's top edge is finished with a slightly beveled strip. As shown in Figures 11 and 11.1, and also in the sample arrangement in Figure 17, a TV cabinet on four legs has two drawers on the left side and a shelf on the right. The drawers are equipped with silver, round handles. The top and bottom edges of the cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled strip, protruding beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 12 and 12.1, a TV cabinet on four legs has three drawers and a shelf above them. Each drawer has a central silver, round handle. The top and bottom edges of the cabinet are finished with a slightly beveled strip that protrudes beyond the front of the unit. As shown in Figures 13 and 13.1, as well as in the sample arrangement in Figure 17, the longer shelf is composed of two perpendicular boards, with the edge of the top shelf surface finished with a slightly beveled strip. As shown in Figure 14 and 14.1, the shorter shelf is composed of two perpendicular boards, with the edge of the top shelf surface finished with a slightly beveled strip. As shown in Figures 15 and 15.1, and also in the example arrangement in Figure 18, the dressing room consists of two shoe cabinets placed on four legs, one of which, the smaller, has a hinged door and a vertical board finished with slats with three silver hangers for hanging clothes, while the other shoe cabinet has two hinged doors and a mirror above it. The top and bottom edges of the cabinets, as well as the top edge of the mirror, are finished with a slightly beveled slat that protrudes beyond the front surface of the furniture.PL 19413 4 As shown in Figures 16 and 16.1, the occasional table consists of two parallel, rectangular, horizontally arranged boards supported by four angle-shaped legs. The edge of the table's top surface is finished with a slightly beveled strip.
