The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material figs. 1 - 13. All variants of the decorative packaging of the parapharmaceutical preparation have the shape of a cuboidal box and a repeating arrangement of decorative elements on the walls. In all packaging variants, the central front panel features a decorative element imitating a butterfly silhouette in various colors, printed in relief using embossing and color shading. The edges of the wings are highlighted on the inside with a line in a more intense color. To the left and right of the central butterfly element, butterfly silhouettes of the same shape but different sizes are placed, printed in very light shades of different colors. To the left of the central element, five butterfly silhouettes are placed: three are located on the front panel, the left wing of the largest element is partially located on the side panel, and two are fully located on the left side panel in its upper and lower sections. To the right of the central butterfly element, there are four elements of different sizes, their silhouettes mirroring the central element. Three of the elements are located on the central wall of the packaging, while the fourth is located on the right side wall. All elements are printed in different colors in a very light shade. On the back wall, in the upper right corner on a white background, there is a decorative element of an orange butterfly printed in relief, below which is the inscription "Sensilab warranty" printed in the shape of an arc. The upper part of the front wall, the opposing side walls, and the top wall feature a combined logo consisting of the company name and a butterfly silhouette printed in orange, positioned to the left of the name. Below the element is the inscription "essential body needs" printed in orange. On the back wall, the logo element is located at the bottom of the wall. Below, on a white background, are inscriptions in various colors representing the product's generic name. On the front wall, below the product's generic name, there is a rectangular element printed in various colors using the color shading method, with a white advertising text placed inside. The bottom wall, top wall, opposite side walls, and back wall feature similar rectangular decorative elements with a smaller length printed in various colors. In contrast, the front wall and opposite back wall feature rectangular elements printed in uniform, various colors on the top and bottom edges. The front wall features two horizontally aligned parallel lines printed in orange. The left side wall features a rectangular element occupying the majority of the wall surface, printed in various colors. On the opposite side wall, there is a black table outline, bordered by its shorter, lower edge, a rectangular element occupying the remaining wall surface, printed in various colors. On the back wall, on a white background, are product advertising inscriptions, while on the side walls, there are inscriptions informing about the product's recipe, its use, storage conditions, the manufacturer's name and address, the names of the raw materials used in production, the owners of the trademarks placed on the packaging, and the owners of the patents under which the raw materials were produced.5 However, in the first packaging variant shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the color and graphic arrangements are executed in red and its shades. The rectangular elements on the front central wall, the back wall, the opposing side walls, the top wall, and the bottom wall are all red. The upper part of the packaging walls features the product's generic name, "Strong Heart," in red, and the rectangular element below the name features the inscription "The Power of Youth," printed in white letters on a red background. The decorative element, a butterfly silhouette, located in the center of the front wall, is printed in raised lettering in a graduated red color. The butterfly's wings are marked on the inside with a bold line in a darker red color, while the decorative elements of the butterfly located to the right and left of the front wall and on the opposite side walls of the packaging are in a light shade of red. Between the horizontal lines are the inscriptions "strengthens the heart, helps maintain normal cholesterol levels, adds energy." Above the top line is the orange inscription "BioCosanol® + Coenzyme Q10." Below the bottom line, there is the inscription "30 days" in red and "dietary supplement" in black. On the opposite side walls, on a red background, there are informational texts printed in white font regarding the list of ingredients and directions for use. The table on the right side wall contains the composition of the preparation, printed in black font on a white background.6 On the back wall, on a white background, there are informational and advertising texts, and the inscription "Innovative formula" in bold red font. - in the second version of the packaging shown in Fig. 4 and 5, the color and graphic layouts are made in burgundy and its shades. The rectangular elements on the central front wall, the back wall, the opposite side walls, the top and bottom walls are burgundy, while the upper part of the packaging walls features the product's generic name, "Good Concentration," in burgundy, and the rectangular element below the name features the inscription "mind power," printed in white letters on a burgundy background. The decorative element, a butterfly silhouette, located in the central part of the front wall, is printed in relief in a graduated burgundy color. The butterfly's wings are marked on the inside with a bold line in a darker burgundy color, while the decorative elements of the butterfly located on the right and left sides of the front wall and on the opposite side walls of the packaging are in a light shade of burgundy. Between the horizontal lines are the words "improves concentration, improves memory, increases willingness to act." Above the top line is the orange inscription Bacopin®. Below the bottom line is the inscription "30 days" in burgundy and "dietary supplement" in black. On the opposite side walls, on a burgundy background, there are informational texts printed in white font regarding the list of ingredients and directions for use. On the right side wall, in a table, there is the composition of the preparation printed in black font on a white background.7 On the back wall, on a white background, there are informational and advertising texts, while the inscription "Innovative formula" is in bold burgundy font. - in the third version of the packaging shown in Fig. 6 and 7, the color and graphic arrangements are made in yellow and its shades. Rectangular elements on the central front wall, rear wall, opposite side walls, top and bottom walls are in yellow, while in the upper part of the packaging walls there is the generic name of the product "Efficient urinary system" in yellow, and in the rectangular element below the name there is the inscription "Comfort of femininity" printed in white letters on a yellow background. The decorative butterfly silhouette located in the center of the front wall is printed in raised lettering in graduated yellow. The butterfly's wings are highlighted on the inside with a bold line in a darker yellow. The butterfly's decorative elements located to the right and left of the front wall and on the opposite sides of the packaging are in a light shade of yellow. Between the horizontal lines are the inscriptions "protects the urinary tract, supports normal urinary tract function." Above the top line is the orange inscription CranEx®. Below the bottom line is the inscription "30 days" in yellow and "dietary supplement" in black. On the opposite side walls, printed on a yellow background, are informational inscriptions in white font regarding the list of ingredients and directions for use. On the right side wall, the table contains the composition of the preparation printed in black on a white background. On the back wall, on a white background, there are information and advertising texts, while the inscription "Innovative formula" is in bold yellow. 8 - in the fourth version of the packaging shown in Figs. 8 and 9, the color and graphic layouts are made in light green and its shades. Rectangular elements on the front central wall, the back wall, the opposite side walls, the top and bottom walls are light green. The generic name of the product, "Silne nerwy", is printed in light green on the upper part of the packaging walls, and the inscription "sila pokoju" is printed in white letters on a light green background in the rectangular element below the name. The butterfly silhouette in the center of the front panel is printed in relief in a graduated light green. The butterfly's wings are highlighted on the inside with a bold line in a darker green. The butterfly's decorative elements on the right and left sides of the front panel and on the opposite sides of the packaging are in a lighter shade of light green. Between the horizontal lines are the words "helps maintain calm without drowsiness, strengthens resistance to stress, increases concentration and mental clarity." Above the top line is the orange text "Suntheanine®." Below the bottom line is the text "30 days" in light green and "dietary supplement" in black. On the opposite side walls, a rectangular element printed in light green contains informational text in white font, including the list of ingredients and directions for use. On the right side wall, a table with the product's composition is printed in black font on a white background.9 On the back wall, informational and advertising text is printed on a white background, while the words "Innovative formula" are printed in light green bold font. - in the fifth version of the packaging shown in fig. 10 and 11, the colour and graphic arrangements are made in blue and its shades. Rectangular elements on the central front wall, rear wall, opposite side walls, top and bottom walls are in blue, while in the upper part of the packaging walls there is the generic name of the product "Good eyesight" in blue, and in the rectangular element below the name there is the inscription "rested eyes" printed in white letters on a green background. A decorative butterfly silhouette is located in the center of the front panel and is printed in raised lettering in a graduated blue. The butterfly's wings are highlighted on the inside with a bold line in a darker blue, while the butterfly's decorative elements on the right and left sides of the front panel and on the opposite sides of the packaging are in a lighter shade of blue. Between the horizontal lines are the inscriptions "relieves the effects of eye strain, supports normal vision, helps protect eyes from UV radiation." Above the top line is the orange inscription "Zeamax®." Below the bottom line is the inscription "30 days" in blue and "dietary supplement" in black. On the opposite side walls, in a rectangular element against a blue background, are informational inscriptions printed in white font regarding the list of ingredients and directions for use. On the right side wall in the table, the composition of the preparation is printed in black on a white background. On the back wall on a white background, there are information and advertising inscriptions, while the inscription "Innovative formula" is in bold blue. - in the sixth version of the packaging shown in Figs. 12 and 13, the color and graphic layouts are made in dark blue and its shades. Rectangular elements on the front central wall, the back wall, the opposite side walls, the top and bottom walls are in blue, while in the upper part of the packaging walls there is the generic name of the product "Sprawne stawy" in dark blue, and in the rectangular element below the name, there is the inscription "wolda ruch" printed in white letters on a dark blue background. The decorative element of the butterfly silhouette is located in the central part of the front wall and is printed in relief in a graduated dark blue, the butterfly wings are marked on the inside with a bold line in a darker blue, while the decorative elements of the butterfly located on the right and left side of the front wall and on the opposite side walls of the packaging are in a lighter shade of blue. Between the horizontal lines are the inscriptions "supports the proper functioning of joints, facilitates the regeneration of joint cartilage, helps return to fitness after injuries." Above the top line is the orange inscription "BioCell Collagen®." Below the bottom line is the inscription "30 days" in dark blue and "dietary supplement" in black.11 On the opposite side walls, in a rectangular element on a dark blue background, there are informational inscriptions printed in white font regarding the list of ingredients and directions for use. On the right side wall, in a table, there is the composition of the preparation printed in black font on a white background. On the back wall, on a white background, there are informational and advertising inscriptions, while the inscription "Innovative formula" is in dark blue bold font. Essential features of the industrial design The decorative packaging of a parapharmaceutical preparation, preferably made of cuboid cardboard, shown in six variants in Fig. 1-13, is characterized by the following: - in all variants, in the upper part of the vertical walls, the front wall, the opposite side walls, the upper wall and the lower part of the back wall, there is an arrangement of graphic elements consisting of a logo consisting of the name "Sensilab" with an orange butterfly silhouette placed on the left side and the inscription "essential body needs" in orange on a white background. Below is the generic name of the product printed in different colors. - in all variants of the packaging, in the central part of the front wall, there is a decorative element: a butterfly silhouette in different colors, printed in relief, the edges of the wings are highlighted on the inside with a line in a more intense color. To the left and right of the central element, 12 butterfly silhouettes of the same shape, different sizes, and not convex, are placed. To the left of the central element, five butterfly silhouettes are placed, three of which are located on the front wall, the left wing of the largest element is partially located on the side wall, while two elements are completely located on the left side wall, in its upper and lower sections. To the right of the central butterfly element, there are four butterfly elements of different sizes, their silhouettes mirroring the central element. Three of the elements are located on the front wall of the packaging, while the fourth element is placed on the right side wall. All decorative elements of the butterfly silhouette are printed in varied colors, in very light shades of the respective colors. - In all packaging variants, on the back wall in the upper right corner there is a decorative orange butterfly element on a white background, printed in relief, below which there is the inscription "Sensilab warranty" printed in the shape of an arc. - In all packaging variants, on the front wall, below the product's generic name, there is a rectangular element printed in different colors using the color shading method, with a white inscription advertising the product placed inside the element. On the bottom wall, top wall, opposite side walls, and back wall there are similar decorative rectangular elements with a smaller dimension of the longer side.13 - In all variants, on the front wall and opposite back wall, on the top and bottom edges there are rectangular elements printed in different colors. On the front wall there are two horizontally arranged parallel lines printed in orange. - in the first packaging variant shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the decorative elements are printed in red. On the front, central wall, back, opposite side walls, top and bottom there are information and advertising inscriptions, including the inscription "Strong heart" in bold red font. - in the second packaging variant shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the decorative elements are printed in burgundy. On the front, central wall, back, opposite side walls, top and bottom there are information and advertising inscriptions, including the inscription "Good concentration" in bold burgundy font. - in the third packaging variant shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the decorative elements are printed in yellow. On the front, central wall, back, opposite side walls, top and bottom there are information and advertising inscriptions, including the inscription "Sprawny układ Urinowy" in bold yellow font. - in the fourth packaging variant shown in Figs. 8 and 9, the decorative elements are printed in light green. On the front, central wall, back, opposite side walls, top and bottom there are information and advertising inscriptions, including the inscription "Strong nerves" in bold light green font. - in the fifth packaging variant shown in Figs. 10 and 11, the decorative elements are printed in light blue. On the front, central wall, back, opposite side walls, top and bottom there are information and advertising inscriptions, including the inscription "Good eyesight" in bold light blue font. - in the sixth packaging variant shown in Figs. 12 and 13, the decorative elements are printed in dark blue.
