Kanapa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa i jej odmiana. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, fig.1a, fig.3, fig.3b i fig.3c natomiast fig.2, fig.2a, fig.2b i fig.3a - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym na ilustracjach fig.3, fig.3a, fig.3b i fig.3c przedstawiono kanape i jej odmiane w przypadku, gdy sa one modelami rozkladanymi. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) kanapa - fig.1, fig.1a, fig.3, fig.3b i fig.3c, 2) kanapa z poreczami - fig.2, fig.2a i fig.2b i fig.3a. Wzór przedstawiony na ilustracji fig.1, fig.1a, fig.3, fig.3b i fig.3c, tj. kanape, stanowi kilku-elementowa bryla, której siedzisko tworza: plasko polozony element przypominajacy ksztaltem prostopadloscian, ulozony plasko na analogicznym prostopadloscianie, stanowiacym podstawe siedziska, oraz przystawiony do niego pod katem prostym drugi, analogiczny element. W efekcie cale siedzisko kanapy w widoku z góry przypomina ksztaltem duza litere „L". Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1, fig.1a, fig.3, fig.3b i fig.3c, tj. kanapy-jest to, ze: — pod kanapa widoczne sa jej nózki w postaci metalowych, krótkich profili; — oparcie kanapy stanowia dwa, analogiczne elementy, które ksztaltem przypominaja ulozone poziomo waskie prostopadlosciany, ustawione jeden obok drugiego w tylnej czesci siedziska kanapy, przy czym — dlugosc jednego z nich odpowiada dlugosci siedziska kanapy, zas dlugosc drugiego odpowiada szerokosci siedziska przystawionego pod katem prostym; — nad kazdym z elementów oparcia kanapy wsparto kolejne dwa analogiczne elementy, stanowiace zaglówki kanapy, przy czym kazdy z nich wsparty jest na dwóch metalowych katownikach, a ich ksztalt przypomina ulozone poziomo waskie prostopadlosciany, ustawione jeden obok drugiego;- 2 - — zaglówki wykonane sa korzystnie w kontrastowym do oparcia kolorze; — zarówno na siedzeniach kanapy, jak i na oparciu widoczne sa przeszycia gruba nicia korzystnie w kontrastowym kolorze. Odmiane wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona na ilustracji fig.2, fig.2a, fig.2b i fig.3a, tj. kanape z poreczami, stanowi kilku-elementowa bryla, której siedzisko tworza: plasko polozony element przypominajacy ksztaltem prostopadloscian, ulozony plasko na analogicznym prostopadloscianie, stanowiacym podstawe siedziska, oraz przystawiony do niego pod katem prostym drugi, analogiczny element. W efekcie cale siedzisko kanapy w widoku z góry przypomina ksztaltem duza litere „L". The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 3, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 3c, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 3a present its next form, i.e. a variant of the industrial design, while illustrations Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 3c show a sofa and its variant in the case of fold-out models. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) sofa - Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 3, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 3c, 2) sofa with armrests - Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 3a. The design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 3, Fig. 3b and Fig. 3c, i.e. a sofa, is a multi-element solid whose seat is formed by: a flat element resembling a cuboid, placed flat on an analogous cuboid, constituting the base of the seat, and a second, analogous element placed at a right angle to it. As a result, the entire sofa seat, in a top view, resembles the shape of a capital letter "L". An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 3, Fig. 3b and Fig. 3c, i.e. a sofa, is that: — under the sofa, its legs in the form of short metal profiles are visible; — the backrest of the sofa consists of two analogous elements whose shape resembles horizontally arranged narrow cuboids, placed one next to the other in the rear part of the sofa seat, whereby — the length of one of them corresponds to the length of the sofa seat, while the length of the other corresponds to the width of the seat placed at a right angle; — above each of the elements of the backrest of the sofa, two further analogous elements are supported, constituting the headrests of the sofa, each of them being supported on two metal angle brackets, and their shape resembles horizontally arranged narrow cuboids, placed one next to the other; - 2 - — the headrests are preferably made in a colour contrasting to the backrest; — both the seats of the sofa and the backrest have stitching with a thick thread, preferably in a contrasting colour. The variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 3a, i.e., a sofa with armrests, is a multi-element structure whose seat is formed by: a flat element resembling a cuboid, placed flat on an analogous cuboid, which forms the base of the seat, and a second, analogous element placed at a right angle to it. As a result, the entire sofa seat, viewed from above, resembles the shape of a capital letter "L." An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 3a, i.e. a sofa with armrests, is that: — on the sides of the elements described above there are two smaller elements arranged perpendicularly, forming the armrests of the sofa, wherein — each of them forms an element resembling a cuboid, the upper side of which is profiled in such a way that, as a result, the rear part of the armrest is higher than its front part; — the armrests are made in the same color as the sofa seat; — under the sofa, its legs in the form of short metal profiles are visible; — the backrest of the sofa consists of two analogous elements whose shape resembles horizontally arranged narrow cuboids, placed one next to the other in the rear part of the sofa seat, wherein — the length of one of them corresponds to the length of the sofa seat, while the length of the other corresponds to the width of the seat placed at a right angle; — above each of the backrest elements are supported two further analogous elements, constituting the headrests of the sofa, each of which is supported by two metal angle brackets, and their shape resembles horizontally arranged narrow cuboids placed one next to the other; — the headrests are preferably made in a color contrasting to the backrest; — both the sofa seats, armrests, and the backrest have visible stitching with thick thread, preferably in a contrasting color.Fig.1 F i g . 1 a F i g . 2 F i g . 2 a F i g . 2 b F i g . 3 F i g . 3 a F and g . 3 b F and g . 3c PL PL
