Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do opakowan bakteriobójczego plynu do skutecznego usuwania osadów z muszli ustepowych i innych ceramicznych urzadzen sanitarnych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczo- nymi na zielonym tle i trzy odmiany wzoru rózniace sie kolorem tla: etykiete z tlem w kolorze niebieskim, etykiete z tlem w kolorze zielono-zóltym i etykiete z tlem w kolorze czerwono-zóltym, fig. 2 - etykiete wedlug wzoru, fig. 3 - od- miane I etykiety wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczonymi na niebieskim tle, fig. 4 - odmiane II etykiety wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczonymi na zie- lono-zóltym tle i fig. 5 - odmiane III etykiety wedlug wzoru wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczonymi na czerwono-zóltym tle.2 Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego 1. Przedstawiona na fig. 3 etykieta stanowiaca odmiane I wzoru przemyslowe- go posiada wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze niebieskim. 2. Przedstawiona na fig. 4 etykieta stanowiaca odmiane II wzoru przemyslo- wego posiada wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze zielono-zóltym. 3. Przedstawiona na fig. 5 etykieta stanowiaca odmiane III wzoru przemyslo- wego posiada wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze czerwono-zóltym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W srodkowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Tytan" wykonany stylizo- wanymi graficznie, drukowanymi literami, usytuowanymi ukosnie; kazda nastepna litera usytuowana jest nieco wyzej od poprzedzajacej ja litery, przy czym wszystkie litery wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze bialym. Nad górna czescia literki „t" napisu umieszczona jest biala gwiazdka. Pod napisem „Tytan" znajduje sie napis „bakteriobójczy", którego litery wykonane sa w kolorze bialym z niebieskimi obwódkami. Oba napisy umieszczone sa na tle owalnych zawirowan przypominajacych elipsy rysowane patykiem. Pod napisami „Tytan" i „bakteriobójczy" usytuowany jest otwarty3 sedes wykonany w kolorze bialym. Na lewej, dolnej czesci deski sedesu polo- zona jest galazka rózy z czerwonym kwiatem. - W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Plyn" wykonany literami przypo- minajacymi pismo patykiem pisane, a pod nim napis: „WC" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami, przy czym oba napisy posiadaja obwódki wykonane w kolorze tla etykiety i, przy czym, pod napisem „Plyn"- t l o stopniowo sie rozjasnia do koloru bialego. - W dolnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie informacja reklamowa: „SKUTECZNIE USUWA OSADY Z MUSZLI USTEPOWYCH I INNYCH CERAMICZ- NYCH URZADZEN SANITARNYCH", przy czym slowa „USUWA OSA- DY" wykonane sa zdecydowanie wiekszymi literami w porównaniu z wyso- koscia liter pozostalych slów napisu reklamowego i wykonane sa literami w kolorze czerwonym z niebieskimi obwódkami. Litery pozostalych slów tego napisu maja kolor bialy i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze tla etykiety. - Tlo etykiety wedlug wzoru ma kolor zielony (fig. 1 i 2). - Etykieta stanowiaca odmiane I wzoru posiada wszystkie wymienione wyzej istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze niebieskim (fig. 3). - Etykieta stanowiaca odmiane II wzoru posiada wszystkie wymienione wyzej istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze zielono-zóltym (fig. 4). - Etykieta stanowiaca odmiane III wzoru posiada wszystkie wymienione wyzej istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze czerwono-zóltym (fig. 5). The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the label with its essential features placed on a green background and three variants of the design differing in the background colour: a label with a blue background, a label with a green-yellow background and a label with a red-yellow background, Fig. 2 - the label according to the design, Fig. 3 - variant I of the label with its essential features placed on a blue background, Fig. 4 - variant II of the label with its essential features placed on a green-yellow background and Fig. 5 - variant III of the label according to the design with its essential features placed on a red-yellow background.2 List of variants of the industrial design 1. The label presented in Fig. 3, constituting variant I of the industrial design, has all the essential features of the design placed on a blue background. 2. The label constituting variant II of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has all the essential features of the design placed on a green and yellow background. 3. The label constituting variant III of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has all the essential features of the design placed on a red and yellow background. Essential features of the industrial design - In the central part of the label there is the inscription "Tytan" in graphically stylized, block letters, positioned diagonally; each subsequent letter is positioned slightly higher than the preceding letter, with all letters being in red and having white outlines. A white star is placed above the top of the letter "t". Below the inscription "Tytan" is the inscription "bactericidal", the letters of which are in white with blue outlines. Both inscriptions are placed against a background of oval swirls resembling ellipses drawn with a stick. Beneath the inscriptions "Titan" and "bactericidal" is an open3 toilet seat made in white. On the lower left part of the toilet seat is a rose branch with a red flower. - At the top of the label is the inscription "Płyt" written in letters resembling writing with a stick, and below it the inscription: "WC" written in large block letters, with both inscriptions having borders made in the color of the background of the label, and, below the inscription "Płyt" - the background gradually lightens to white. - At the bottom of the label there is advertising information: "EFFECTIVELY REMOVES DEPOSITS FROM TOILET SHELLS AND OTHER CERAMIC SANITARY EQUIPMENT", with the words "REMOVES DEPOSITS" written in significantly larger letters compared to the height of the letters of the other words of the advertising inscription and written in red letters with blue borders. The letters of the other words of this inscription are white and have borders in the color of the background of the label. - The background of the label according to the pattern is green (fig. 1 and 2). - The label constituting design variant I has all the above-mentioned significant features of the design placed on a blue background (fig. 3). - The label constituting design variant II has all the above-mentioned significant features of the design placed on a green and yellow background (fig. 4). - The label constituting variant III of the design has all the above-mentioned essential design features placed on a red and yellow background (fig. 5).
