Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do opakowan plynu czyszczaco-wybielaj acego do muszli ustepowych i innych ceramicznych urzadzen sanitarnych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 przedstawia etykiete wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczo- nymi na zielonym tle i dwie odmiany wzoru rózniace sie kolorem tla: etykiete z tlem w kolorze niebieskim i etykiete z Ilem w kolorze czerwonym, fig. 2 - etykiete wedlug wzoru, fig.3 - odmiane I etykiety wraz z jej istotnymi cechami umieszczonymi na niebieskim tle i fig.4 - odmiane II etykiety wraz z jej istot- nymi cechami umieszczonymi na czerwonym tle. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego 1. Przedstawiona na fig.3 etykieta stanowiaca odmiane I wzoru przemyslowe- 1go posiada wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze niebieskim. 2. Przedstawiona na fig. 4 etykieta stanowiaca odmiane II wzoru przemyslo- wego posiada wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze czerwonym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W srodkowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Tytan" wykonany stylizowany- mi graficznie, drukowanymi literami, usytuowanymi ukosnie; kazda nastepna litera usytuowana jest nieco wyzej od poprzedzajacej ja litery, przy czym wszystkie litery wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym i posiadaja obwódki w ko- lorze bialym. Nad górna czescia literki „t" napisu umieszczona jest biala gwiazdka. Pod napisem „’ Tytan" znajduje sie napis „WC" pisany duzymi, dru- kowanymi literami w kolorze zielonym z bialymi obwódkami. - W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie napis „Professional", a bezposrednio pod prawa dolna jego czescia napis: „zageszczony", przy czym litery obu napisów przypominaja pismo patykiem pisane. Litery napisu „ProfFessional" maja kolor ciemnoniebieski i posiadaja jasnoniebieskie obwódki, natomiast litery napisu „zageszczony" maja kolor czerwony. Ponadto, wysokosc liter napisu „Profes- sional" jest kilkakrotnie wieksza od wysokosci liter napisu „zageszczony". - W dolnej czesci etykiety usytuowany jest sedes. Nad lewa, górna czescia sede- 23 su w kolorze bialym umieszczono napis reklamowy wykonany duzymi litera- mi w kolorze niebieskim z bialymi obwódkami: „CZYSCI, WYBIELA, OD- SWIEZA", przy czym kolejne wyrazy napisu umieszczone sa w ukladzie pio- nowym, jeden pod drugim, a sumaryczna wysokosc ukladu wyrazów tego na- pisu nie przekracza wysokosci liter napisu „WC" umieszczonego powyzej i z prawej strony napisu reklamowego. - Na prawej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa, jedna pod druga,tworzace kolum- ne, niewielkie fotografie elementów wyposazenia kuchni i lazienki. , - Tlo etykiety wedlug wzoru ma kolor zielony ( fig.1 i 2 ). - Etykieta stanowiaca odmiane I wzoru posiada wszystkie wymienione wyzej istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze niebieskim (fig.3). - Etykieta stanowiaca odmiane II wzoru posiada wszystkie wymienione wyzej istotne cechy wzoru umieszczone na tle w kolorze czerwonym (fig.4).F i g . 1F i g . 2F i g . 3 P e l n o m o c n i k :F ig .4 PL PLLabel The subject of the industrial design is a label intended for packaging of a cleaning and bleaching fluid for toilet bowls and other ceramic sanitary ware. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the label with its essential features placed on a green background and two variants of the design differing in background color: a label with a blue background and a label with a red background; Fig. 2 - the label according to the design; Fig. 3 - variant I of the label with its essential features placed on a blue background; and Fig. 4 - variant II of the label with its essential features placed on a red background. List of variants of the industrial design 1. The label presented in Fig. 3, constituting variant I of the industrial design, has all the essential features of the design placed on a blue background. 2. The label shown in Fig. 4, constituting variant II of the industrial design, has all the essential features of the design placed on a red background. Essential features of the industrial design - In the central part of the label there is the inscription "Tytan" written in graphically stylized, block letters, placed diagonally; each subsequent letter is positioned slightly higher than the preceding letter, with all letters written in red and with white borders. A white star is placed above the upper part of the letter "t" in the inscription. Below the inscription "Tytan" there is the inscription "WC" written in large, block letters in green with white borders. - In the upper part of the label there is the inscription "Professional," and directly below its lower right part the inscription: "zgęszczenie," with the letters of both inscriptions resembling writing written with a stick. The letters of the inscription "ProfFessional" are dark blue and have light blue borders, while the letters of the inscription "concentrated" are red. Furthermore, the height of the letters of the inscription "Professional" is several times greater than the height of the letters of the inscription "concentrated". - In the lower part of the label, a toilet seat is located. Above the upper left part of the white toilet seat, there is an advertising inscription in capital blue letters with white borders: "CLEANS, WHITES, FRESHES", with the subsequent words of the inscription placed vertically, one below the other, and the total height of the arrangement of words of this inscription does not exceed the height of the letters of the inscription "WC" placed above and to the right of the advertising inscription. - On the right part of the label, one below the other, forming a column, there are small photographs of kitchen and bathroom equipment. , - The background of the label according to the design is green (Fig. 1 and 2). - The label constituting design variant I has all the above-mentioned essential design features placed on a blue background (Fig. 3). - The label constituting design variant II has all the above-mentioned essential design features placed on a red background (Fig. 4).F i g . 1F i g . 2F i g . 3 P e l n o c n i k :F i g . 4 PL PL
