Listwa przypodlogowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa przypodlogowa o nazwie handlowej Prexa 76. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac listwy wyrózniajacej sie proporcja jej wysokosci do glebokosci wynoszacej okolo 6 do 1, a indywidualny charakter nadany jest przez cechy ksztaltu. Listwa przypodlogowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana jest z twardego PCV w róznorodnym ornamencie. Listwa stanowi konstrukcje dwuelementowa o profilu litery S, zakonczona w górnej i dolnej czesci elastycznymi koncówkami. Listwa sklada sie z czesci zewnetrznej licowej, polaczonej jednolicie z czescia montazowa wewnetrzna i z zebrem usztywniajacym oraz z wkladki maskujacej. Wkladka maskujaca po stronie wewnetrznej posiada odchylne zaczepy na których jest mocowana do listwy na wcisk na wyoblonej krawedzi profilu w miejscu przejscia czesci licowej w montazowa. W tym miejscu, po obu stronach utworzone sa tez pólki ustalajace polozenie wkladki maskujacej wzgledem lica listwy. W centralnym miejscu wewnetrznej strony czesci montazowej usytuowana jest scianka wsporcza, korzystnie zakonczona zagieciem stanowiaca podparcie dla wkladki maskujacej. Zebro usztywniajace miesci sie po wewnetrznej stronie i laczy w listwie od dolu czesc montazowa z czescia zewnetrzna ponizej wkladki maskujacej, korzystnie w polowie jej wysokosci, jak pokazano na ilustracji fig.1.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia listwe przypodlogowa w przekroju poprzecznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt listwy dostosowany do wystepujacych proporcji wymiarowych, nadany jej przez umiejscowienie i zarys zebra usztywniajacego oraz scianki wsporczej, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1.F ig . 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a skirting board with the trade name Prexa 76. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of skirting board distinguished by its height-to-depth ratio of approximately 6 to 1, and its individual character is given by the features of its shape. The skirting board, according to the industrial design, is made of hard PVC with a variety of ornaments. The board is a two-piece structure with an S-shaped profile, terminated at the top and bottom with flexible tips. The board consists of an outer, facing part, seamlessly connected to the inner mounting part, a stiffening rib, and a cover insert. The interior of the cover insert has hinged hooks that secure it to the strip by pressing it into place on the rounded edge of the profile where the face part meets the mounting part. At this point, shelves are also created on both sides to position the cover insert relative to the face of the strip. A support wall, preferably with a bend at the end, is located centrally on the interior of the mounting part, providing support for the cover insert. A stiffening rib is located on the interior and connects the mounting part to the exterior of the strip from below, below the cover insert, preferably at mid-height, as shown in Fig. 1.
