Ornament Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wszelkich materialach i wyrobach z nich, w tym do stosowania w postaci nadruków na odziez, na reklamówkach odziezowych, na wywieszkach dla odziezy, na wieszakach oraz jako oznaczenie firmowe, a ponadto takze na opakowaniach wyrobów, w tym z folii, z materialów wlókienniczych, drewnie i materialach drewnopochodnych oraz materialach metalowych, a ponadto przeznaczony do wykorzystywania we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, przestawiajacym na: fig. 1 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle; fig. 2 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach oraz umieszczony jest na szarym tle; fig. 3 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na czarnym tle;2 fig. 4 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze ciemnego brazu, a jego litery posiadaja stylizacje w farmie zacieków, natomiast napis „bea" umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze skóry; fig. 5 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; fig. 6 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; fig. 7 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest pionowo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach; fig. 8 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze czarnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle; fig. 9 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze jasnobezowym oraz umieszczony jest na ciemno brazowym tle. Wzór przemyslowy zawiera nastepujace odmiany ornamentu : 1 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle;2 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach oraz umieszczony jest na szarym tle; 3 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolarze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na czarnym tle; 4 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze ciemnego brazu, a jego litery posiadaja stylizacje w formie zacieków , natomiast napis „bea" umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze skóry; 5 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; 6 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; 7 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest pionowo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach; 8 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze czarnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle; 9 - ornament, w którym element slowny w postaci napisu „bea", wykonany jest poziomo, malymi prostymi literami w kolorze jasnobezowym oraz umieszczony jest na ciemno brazowym tle. 34 Cechy istotne ornamentu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze zawiera napis „bea", wykonany poziomo albo pionowo, malymi, prostymi literami, przy czym napis wykonany jest: - w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle; - albo w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach oraz umieszczony jest na szarym tle; - albo w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na czarnym tle; - albo w kolorze ciemnego brazu, a jego litery posiadaja stylizacje w formie zacieków oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze skóry; - albo w kolorze srebrnym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; - albo w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na jasnobezowym tle; - albo w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze niebieskim i jego odcieniach; - albo w kolorze czarnym oraz umieszczony jest na bialym tle; - albo w kolorze jasnobezowym oraz umieszczony jest na ciemno brazowym tle.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 PL PLOrnament The subject of the industrial design is an ornament intended for application on all materials and products made thereof, including for use in the form of prints on clothing, on clothing bags, on clothing tags, on hangers and as a company mark, as well as on product packaging, including those made of foil, textile materials, wood and wood-based materials, and metal materials, and is also intended for use in all visual advertising media. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows: Fig. 1 - an ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is written horizontally, in small, simple letters in silver and placed on a white background; Fig. 2 - an ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is written horizontally, in small, simple letters in blue and its shades, and placed on a gray background; fig. 3 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in silver and is placed on a black background; fig. 4 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in dark brown, and its letters have a stain farm stylization, while the inscription "bea" is placed on a skin-colored background; fig. 5 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in silver and is placed on a light beige background; fig. 6 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in brown and is placed on a light beige background; Fig. 7 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made vertically, in small, simple letters in white and is placed on a background in blue and its shades; Fig. 8 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in black and is placed on a white background; Fig. 9 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in light beige and is placed on a dark brown background. The industrial design contains the following varieties of the ornament: 1 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in silver and is placed on a white background; 2 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in blue and its shades and is placed on a grey background; 3 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in a silver circle and is placed on a black background; 4 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in dark brown, and its letters have stylised streaks, while the inscription "bea" is placed on a skin-coloured background; 5 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in silver and is placed on a light beige background; 6 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in brown and is placed on a light beige background; 7 - ornament in which the word element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made vertically, in small, simple letters in white and is placed on a background in blue and its shades; 8 - ornament in which the verbal element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in black and is placed on a white background; 9 - ornament in which the verbal element in the form of the inscription "bea" is made horizontally, in small, simple letters in light beige and is placed on a dark brown background. 34 The essential features of the ornament according to the industrial design are that it contains the inscription "bea", made horizontally or vertically, in small, simple letters, wherein the inscription is made: - in silver and is placed on a white background; - or in blue and its shades and is placed on a grey background; - or in silver and is placed on a black background; - or in dark brown and its letters have stylized streaks and is placed on a skin-colored background; - or in silver and is placed on a light beige background; - or in brown and is placed on a light beige background; - or in white and placed on a background in blue and its shades; - or in black and placed on a white background; - or in light beige and placed on a dark brown background.
