Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament firmowy, który przeznaczony jest do nano- szenia na wszelkich materialach i wyrobach z nich, w tym do stosowania na papierze, tekturze, folii, tworzywach sztucznych, materialach wlókienniczych, drewnie i materialach drewnopochodnych, mate- rialach metalowych, do nanoszenia na wszelkiego rodzaju opakowaniach wykonanych z wymienio- nych materialów, a ponadto przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych w tym takze w Internecie.
