The industrial design being protected is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, and 4 represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design, with Figures 3 and 4 showing color variations of the bottle. List of industrial design varieties: 1) bottle - fig. 1, 2) bottle with a cap - fig. 2, 3) bottle with a red cap - fig. 3, 4) bottle with a black cap - fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a bottle - is that: - its neck, in the upper part, where the thread is visible and under it two small, convex circumferential rings, resembles a cone truncated from the top, and it undergoes two very slight circumferential undulations, after which it passes very smoothly with a gentle narrowing into a sort of half-bowl, topping the basic shape of the bottle, which is a cylindrical element, the central part of which is a cylindrical riser with a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the bottle body - so that in the view from the side, the riser resembles a vertically arranged rectangle with slightly rounded corners, while - on the cylindrical riser at the front of the bottle, there are visible undercuts arranged horizontally under the upper and above the lower edge of the riser, and the surface between them is flattened, thus creating a space for placing e.g. a bottle label, - 2 - - the lowest part of the bottle ends gently and flows smoothly into the concave bottom of the bottle.
