Chrupka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest chrupka. Znane sa rózne postacie chrupek, wyrózniajacych sie przede wszystkim ksztaltami przybierajacymi postacie stylizowanych figur geometrycznych, np. kól i czworokatów calkowicie lub czesciowo wewnetrznie wypelnionych, a takze listków lub zwierzat. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac chrupki przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w ksztalcie i cechach powierzchni. Chrupka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi przestrzenna, splaszczona bryle o ksztalcie czworokata o zaokraglonych rogach, z (uwidocznionym na fig. 1 i fig. 2) rozszerzeniem u podstawy, stanowiacym rodzaj stopki, a ponadto wierzch bryly pokrywaja (uwidocznione na fig. 1) owalne brylki, rozmieszczone w sposób nieregularny, niektóre wystajace poza obrys bryly, zas (uwidoczniony na fig. 3) spód bryly pokryty jest wzajemnie przecinajacymi sie wypuklymi liniami, tworzacymi regularne romby. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia chrupke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 chrupke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 chrupke w widoku z dolu.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Chrupka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi przestrzenna, splaszczona w osi pionowej bryle o ksztalcie czworokata, przy czym krawedzie jej boków posiadaja w dolnej swej czesci dzwonkowate rozszerzenie, tworzace dla calej bryly rodzaj stopki, zas w górnej swej czesci krawedzie jej boków sa wyoblone, a poza tym rogi bryly sa zaokraglone, a ponadto górna powierzchnia bryly pokryta jest owalnymi, przestrzennymi brylkami róznej wielkosci, które sa rozmieszczone w sposób nieregularny, ukazujacy ich boki lub wierzcholki, przy czym niektóre skrajne brylki wystaja czesciowo poza obrys bryly, a ponadto dolna powierzchnia bryly pokryta jest wypuklymi, wzajemnie przecinajacymi sie liniami, tworzacymi zarysy regularnych rombów.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 24 Fig. 35 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a crisp. Various forms of crisps are known, distinguished primarily by their shapes taking the form of stylized geometric figures, such as circles and quadrangles, fully or partially filled internally, as well as leaves or animals. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the crisp, manifested particularly in its shape and surface characteristics. According to the industrial design, the Chrupka is a three-dimensional, flattened block in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, with (shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) an extension at the base, constituting a kind of foot, and in addition the top of the block is covered with (shown in Fig. 1) oval blocks, arranged in an irregular manner, some protruding beyond the outline of the block, while (shown in Fig. 3) the bottom of the block is covered with mutually intersecting convex lines, forming regular rhombuses. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the crisp in a top view, Fig. 2 the crisp in a side view, Fig. 3 the crisp in a bottom view.2 Essential features of the industrial design The crisp according to the industrial design is a three-dimensional, quadrangular solid, flattened along the vertical axis, with the edges of its sides having a bell-shaped extension in their lower part, forming a kind of foot for the entire solid, while in its upper part the edges of its sides are rounded, and in addition the corners of the solid are rounded, and in addition the upper surface of the solid is covered with oval, three-dimensional solids of different sizes, which are arranged in an irregular manner, showing their sides or tops, with some of the outermost solids protruding partially beyond the outline of the solid, and in addition the lower surface of the solid is covered with convex, mutually intersecting lines, creating outlines of regular rhombuses.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 24 Fig. 35 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
